I saw "You're under Arrest" a few years ago and until recently I thought it was one of the worst shows I'd ever seen.

But that was before I started watching Zeni Geba

http://jdorama.com/drama.1378.htm

A melodrama so lame it makes me long to see s show as dumb and dull as "You're Under Arrest" again.

Wrong thread but... Welcome Home Wynter!

I can't wait to see your pictures.

Someone once said, "If you never expect anything, you'll never be disappointed." Thru 2 episodes of You're Under Arrest and I haven't been disappointed.

Watching The Quiz Show episode 8. Such a weird show. Too bad the episodes are so short. I don't know why they're remaking it, honestly.

I'm watching Hana Kimi.
My first Japanese drama and I finished it in two days.
Great drama. I had a great laugh.
The actors/actresses are all skilled and talented too.

Currently, nothing. I seem to watch a drama and drop it after a few episodes. Time to go back to old drama.

Watched the last episode of Top Sales last night. No surprises there. I liked the series a lot, but I think i'll rewatch it some other time once the memory of fixing Engrish subs has faded Bang Head

Finished Enka no Joou last night. It was a pretty good drama. Probably about a 7/10 for me.

Next up: Hitotsu Yane no Shita 2 (̂̂2lɊ!)

About half way through Medaka now.
I am enjoying it. Mimura has an amazing smile

Anyone think she looks a bit like Cameron Diaz? (but better looking)

Never really noticed the similarity but you're right Mimura is great in this and Medaka is one of my all-time favorites, a very underrated drama.
OT: having gone from the sublime (Top Sales and Aoi Tori) to the ridiculous (Taiho Shichauzo) trying to figure out what to watch next. Confused

I finished Top Sales. It was pretty good. It wouldn't have been memorable without Natsukawa Yui though.

I agree.

I've one episode left to go and she's clearly made this drama watchable. Victory! Peace!
