^^^Nakai's acting is definitely better than his singing. Then again that isn't saying much. Beaten This just aired and I'll watch it after a late tonkatsu dinner. Mr Green

Maybe you should watching during your tonkatsu dinner as a distraction. Beaten

Lawson Station didn't have any tonkatsu bentos so I had to settle for a nori bento. Victory! Peace! Anyway, watching this really mad me feel good. I found it heartwarming. I did have three cans of chuhai adding to the good vibes.

So ka.

That always helps for a drama that's questionable... Though you might need more for the remaining episodes. Sweat

Directing & music = exactly, HERO style. (same director and music composer as HERO, anyway) So that part is awesome.

But, poor script Shake Head

Nakai's character name here is Amamiya, somehow reminds me of Matsu Takako...

Amamiya reminds me more of Ayase Haruka in Hotaru no Hikari since it is much more recent.

Finishing up with Ep01. Not bad but still pretty bland. Not my idea of how it will be like seeing Ueto Aya as the main cast.

yep.. i agreed on the bland part.. despite i only watched it 1 day ago, i already forgotten what has happened in the show... haha.. no cliffhanger or some sort at the ending to keep me crazing for episode 2.

anyway, the tonkatsu looks so yummy. probably that's the only thing which is not bland Bonk

The first episode, even though it was well produced and covered all the issues on the surface, felt a little empty. I would have said it lacked heart if it hadn't redeemed itself slightly in the last 10-15 minutes.

It sure look delicious. Such a pity Amamiya is a vegetarian.

I find Shaku Yumiko very attractive in this drama which is keeping me from giving up on it. That being said I hope the progress of the drama is faster than it is currently. There seems to be not much chemistry between Ueto Aya and Nakai Masahiro.

On a side note, the ending theme song Wedding Bell by Puffy has been ringing in my head for sometime now... Amen

I am watching this drama only and only for Shosuke Tanihara's sake. not to forget Ryuuta Sato is always a win in any drama.

Where can I find subtitled episodes? Whenever I look on D-Addicts, I can only find RAW versions of the episodes...

Currently, I've seen episode 1 and 2, but I'm eager to watch episode 3. I need subtitled episodes! Can anyone help me?
