Sorry for being anal. But i think what he has on that gorgeous face of his are moles? I have freckles and i dislike them. Cos unlike pimples, freckles simply don't go away.
Dang, you are anal!!! yes, if you want to get technical, they are moles. But for us fangirls, they are Lust Dots!!!
And the one on his upper lip, that's the almighty Tongue Dipping Dot!!!
Count the moles?? Oh GAWD..... at least 15 me think. But can you have him come to me in person, so I can count them properly???

Hello YT fans,
I see that ebay now has several versions of BOSS for sale. The only thing I'm not sure of the quality of subs between the different offerings.
Also, I am a true YT fan, but please tell me---is BOSS worth buying for the amount of screen time Yutaka has? It's not like "Tomorrow" where he was a dominant character. Do I just watch this on-line? Please counsel!

Here I am - finally - another lurker coming to light!
I have been lurking for a long time and read nearly all the pages at one time... Now I have been away from this thread for a couple of days and my ears started steaming - not only because of the overload of hot Yutaka photos - but because I have been reading my name alot on the last two pages. And due to the warm words of welcome beforehand from all of you Deirdre, yutakagr, Lotuspad and of course my dear friend nadrika, I felt my first post here is long overdue. Thank you all for forcing... eh helping me to come out! You are such friendly people and somehow I feel I have known you for a while by reading your posts.
To nadrika: Now you have beaten me to it ,)
I live in Germany, a country where stating interest in Japanese dramas/actors is about as strange as keeping an alien as pet. But this has not stopped me from immersing myself into jdramas for the past 4 years.
I stumbled upon Yutaka during a search on the internet for a Japanese song and ended up watching RURI NO SHIMA. I was mesmerized and this feeling has never left me since. Oh, and guess who I dreamt of the night after I watched the first few episodes of RURI NO SHIMA?!
During the four year of watching Jdorama, I have devoloped a liking for many J-actors but Yutaka has been holding the number one spot in my heart all the time. I fall in love with him again and again whenever I watch him.
Sorry for this long and boring introduction. English is not my native language and therefore I am not as eloquent like you are but still: I want to join the fun and look forward sharing the passion for Yutaka!

Welcome yougashi!! I guess the fear of the Yutaka mafia has gotten to you finally eh??? I'm glad you decided to come out and play. Your English is great.
Yutakagr, so you have him still??? Best hand him over and share the moles!!!!!
Hi Deirdre, I have only watched the first 5 eppys of Boss on Dramacrazy. If the rest of the eppys are like the first 5, I wouldn't buy the dvd. That's just me. I did sneak a peak at the final eppy without subtitle, and he's in it a bit more. But still not worth the purchase in my opinion. He looks amazing in Boss but do I want to hit the fast forward button for every eppy just to get 5 minutes of him??? I dunno.

Would not suggest buying this DVD. Better to watch it online.
I was grumbling almost from the beginning that Yutaka was a missing cast member. I think they have used him to pull in his devotees but they sure haven't given him much to work with. Not sure of his position in this drama but any fleeting glimpse is worth going through the rest.
they will never do anything more desirable than 'WITH LOVE' in my estimation. Could watch that all the time. Love that long hair and smooth face. sigh.

THANK YOU all for your warm welcome.
You all make it really easy for me to feel like home here
Deirdre: On BOSS: Unlike everybody else here I am really enjoying the series (I have watched up to ep 6). But then I like Amami Yuki alot and the absurd characters in this. (though I am not into comedies at all)
But the best is really Yutaka-san! I can so imagine him enjoying his free time backstage while the others are working hard. He is using the time to think of faces and gestures to jump to the scene when his time comes.
He is really making the most of the little screen time he has. So impressive, I love the mischivous faces he is making.
Having said that, I think I will nevertheless pass on buying the DVD and just stick with the episodes I downloaded. When I buy the DVD I want a lot of Yutaka.
Another note on BOSS: I was really excited to hear that there will be some kind of reunion of my beloved BEACH BOYS as Sorimachi Takashi will appear in the last episode. Can't wait as the chemistry between those two in BEACH BOYS was the best ever!

Yougashi, I love your avatar. It is one of my favorite photos of him. I love his hands--his fingers are so slender and artistic looking. Anyway, I am glad you have joined our group. And don't worry about the alien-ness of things. I'm Irish and live in the Midwest and like you stumbled upon Yutaka and became a fan. And, your english is awesome--you are very articulate. I know only a few words of your language. Of course many years ago when I got on the wrong train in Paris (intending to go to Kitzbuehel) I wound up in Munich and had a lovely time. Actually, I met up with two lovely German boys, Roland and Christophe who took me to the Hofbrauhaus and after a couple of steins, I was singing "Ist das nicht ein Schnitzelbank?" like a native!! Ha ah. So, Wilkommen!
Thanks eveyone for the feedback on BOSS. I think I'll just watch it rather than buying it.

Deirdre, thank you for your kind words. I always struggle to express myself properly in English but thinking about it: I have the problem in my native language, too. Oh well.
I am impressed with your knowledge of German. Your excursion to Germany and the German language made me laugh. Seems you have gotten to the essence of German culture straight away -haha-
I have never been to the US but have been to Ireland (Baila Atha Cliath - to be precise). I love the Irish - such good-natured, positive people.
Do you speak Irish? I love the sound of the language and loved seeing all those road signs in Gaelic and English. But apart from Failte and Slán leat I cannot remember anything.
I agree on Yutaka's beautiful hands. Truly amazing! They come second on my list of his favourite parts. First is..... his voice ...of course.
Do you watch your dramas online or do you download and watch?
I prefer to download as I love to keep everything to re-watch at a later point.

A very warm welcome to you, Koizora!
I just joined here too so and it is a good place for Yutaka fans. I was also surprised and really happy to find that Yutaka has such loyal fans outside of Japan.

@ Lotuspad: LOL. Ok i counted 16. I agree that there's at least 15. Are you sure you want him to come in person??!! If i really see him, i might just faint. But i think you are right, to really find out the EXACT number of moles you have to have him right in front of you. Or easiest way out, dear Yutaka, if you are reading this, please tell us how many moles you have on your face? This question have been on my mind for God knows how long already.
@yutakagr: Thanks for the pics and compliment. Which drama was that clown pic from? Never seen this before. He looks silly but cute.
@ yougashi: There you are dear friend!!!

I saw some short clips on youtube without subs. He really is making silly, mischevious, and funny faces that makes me LOL. Mr Serious is FINALLY loosening up eh?
BOSS DVD is already available in Singapore!!! They are churning these out FASTER these days. WOW. Will be getting my copy soon as i do not download dramas.
@ Deirdre & yougashi: I have never given much attention to his hands before. You ladies have made me curious about this... My attention has always been on that beautiful face of his.
For me:
#1 his voice *melts*
#2 his smile *melts again*
#3 that cute set of baby teeth of his *simply adorable*
#4 when he cries and laugh at the same time *melts some more*
#5 the gaze his eyes make *melts beyond recognition*
#6 the way he emotes the different emotions using various facial expressions *nadrika has turned into liquid and would soon evaporate into thin air*
@ Koizora: Hi fellow Singaporean!!! Welcome, I'm new too.
