Wow! Seriously, those pictures took my breath away. I think this is the most womanly, matured and sophisticated look I've ever seen of Juri-chan other than the one in Kobe fashion show. I have to say it's in stark contrast to her usual tomboyish or dorky and innocent image. I'm so used to her unflattering make-up-less looks lately that this kinda pic of her looking so elegantly beautiful surprised me. Best Shiseido ad so far IMO. Who says she can't compete with the likes of Ueto Aya or Toda Erika? Who?! Wow I'm speechless~

This is wishful thinking on my part but I wished they could turn this ad character into a role for her in a full-fledged drama. How many times have we seen her in this type of character before? None as far as I know of. If she could get into this the way she did with Nodame and Ruka, we're SO going to be in for another mind-blowing performance Victory! Peace! but oh well...a wish will remain just that, a wish Sad

As much as I love Juri-chan's acting and cuteness, the 5 Bags series has turned out to be a huge disappointment for me personally. Too confusing, not enough character development, uninteresting parts that dragged on and I bet Juri-chan never seriously rehearsed for these roles either. Every character --while well-acted-- seemed so familiar, but I guess I shouldn't be complaining about this judging from the title, since she's supposed to be playing herself (albeit with different names) Sweat Oh well, I'm sure KVR won't disappoint. Looking forward to that very much. Victory! Peace!

Love it! I've always loved all the Juri-chanxBarfout pics. Any of the Juri-chan + nature = win combination In love

Although I wholeheartedly agree, I won't comment further on those other two celebs you mentioned, else I'll get flamed. Sweat

I'd like to see her in a role where's she's really intelligent, sophisticated, and confident... Like she appears to be in Kagayaku Onna and her other real-life videos... Victory! Peace!

I wasn't really disappointed with the Five Bags: I found them to be quirky, like Juri-chan (appears to be) herself... True, they could've been longer to allow more character and plot development, but I think they were an interesting experiment. Smile

Before watching, I've been well-prepared that WOWOW dorama will be a lot weirder, unusual in terms of story plot, compared with common seasonal dorama. I found some scene are uninteresting as well (if it were not for Juri, I probably wouldn't watch it). But there are also some that I really love. Like episode 2..I just love love it. I think she did a briliant job there. Also, ep 4 is fun to watch.

Never seriously rehearsed?! You are questioning her professionalism. Sweat
