Watched the first 2 episodes of JIN. I loved the first episode, but I was covering my eyes for most of the second episode because I get very grossed out by puking scenes. _________________

i just finished SMILE (blame me for not being able to watch without english subs), and for all its hammy moments, I LOVED IT. a must watch, IMHO.
more than for matsujun or yui aragaki, watch it for kiichi nakai.
Really? Now I'm tempted to watch this, even if I'm not into MatsuJun. Isn't this the drama where he has a Filipino father or something? Lol. Does he ever get to meet Papa Dearest?

Up thru epi 7 of Mr. Brain and it's reminding me of BOSS and I don't mean that in a nice way.
I haven't seen this much blood outside of a Quentin Tarantino movie. The difference is, Tarantino is good.

In epi 2 when Gackt is supposed to be eating his own fingers, I just about checked out at that point
Heh heh heh. I actually didn't think there was enough blood being sprayed around in that drama.
It was my first "taste" () of a Gackt performance, though. (But seriously, what kind of a name is "Gackt"? How can you have a name at least 5 letters long that just has ONE vowel? Whenever I see the name "Gackt" I think of Kyrgyzstan or something: also one vowel. )

Anyway, the Hannibal wannabe acting looked a bit... desperate IMO.
I think what scared me more was how much plastic surgery has been done to that man's face.
Hey gaijinmark, who was your favorite guest performance? My money's on Nakama Yukie.
OT: Done with Q.E.D.. There were cute moments, but each episode felt like a 5-minute mystery stretched into 45 minutes. And the biggest mystery of all never even gets answered: Where are Sherlock's parents??? What--did he germinate from a spore or something?

For me it sounded like a cat gagging on hairballs.
OT: Just started on My Girl. I was very afraid to watch at first but it turn quite ok. Aiba is really not that bad, I would love to kick his character's butt a couple of times but he made it up with love for that cute daughter of his. Daaaaawwww <3333. Strictly for fans(Arashi fans) or people who loves adorable kids.

Well, the weekend was rather busy, I watched 2 movies The Ramen Girl and Wasabi. Then I watched thru episode 8 of Koi ni Ochitara. Though I'm still enjoying the drama...
Yup, if it weren't for the two episodes with Yukie this would probably be my pick for "worst Kimtaku drama ever"
Sadly I have to agree... I left brain after only 2 episodes...It is sad to see KimuTaku in such a brainless drama...
Kimu come back to your roots... more Pride, more Love Generation....

I wonder if I like Mr Brain since I didnLt like Pride etc.
Oh Wasabi, itLs one of the more entertaining movies written and produced by Luc Besson. That guy has been torturing me for years with his Taxi and The Transporter movies and their 1000 sequels.
OT: episode 3 of JIN, almost dlded. And ILll check out Mama-san Volley de Tsukamaete, which is apparently filmed live and in a kind of sitcom format. I am intrigued since it stars the one and only Kuroki Hitomi.
