Thank you for the recommendations. I will try to see at least of those dramas.
I liked Orange Days type of drama. Is there any drama that has the same atmosphere minus the handicap part? Preferably, no Johhny's boy in the cast. But if can't be helped, it's okay.

You might try Tentai Kanzoku:http://jdorama.com/drama_694.htm It's about some people that were friends during college only the story picks up several years after they've left school and how their lives have turned out. Great cast, I really liked it.

Hi, I was hoping to find recommendations for dramas similar to the one's I've watched recently. I've watched a lot of romantic comedy/high school related dramas in the past, but I've really enjoyed the quirky/interesting dramas.
Here's a list of the dramas I enjoyed recently:
1. akihabara@deep
2. Ikebukuro West Gate Park (IWGP)
3. Ryuusei no Kizuna
4. Tiger & Dragon
5. Manhattan Love Story
6. Kisarazu Cat's Eye
7. Stand Up!!
As you can see, I really like Kudo Kankuro's work and I was hoping you guys would be able to recommend dramas that are similar in nature (i.e. a little off the wall/goofy/interesting). Thanks!

haha, thanks for the suggestion, but i forgot i already watched "mirai koshi meguru." Since I think I've watched all of Kudo Kankuro dramas that have been subbed in English, I was wondering if there were any "Kudo Kanukuro-esque" dramas that anyone can recommend. Thank you!

If you like his dramas...watch some of Kankuro's movies...such as Drugstore Girl, Maiko Haaan!!, Shonen Merikensack, and Mayonaka no Yaji-san, Kita-san.
