They won't meet each other. Tamaki will be in the Shogun's harem while Maki will be pinning over Nino who signed himself into the harem.

Nino is the leading actor and Kou-chan is the leading actress dear. Not Maki and Tamaki. All of the characters flock around the central character, Mizuno played by Nino, so Nino is the only one who will have scenes with everybody. Just so you'll know, I've read the manga. It is fabulous.
I think Tamaki will only be in the movie briefly while Maki will have very important scenes with Nino. I hope she won't chicken out on the kissing scene.
