great photo of Shinjuku, despite the cloudy weather.
The weather isn't so great there, but i am wondering if Cherry Blossoms are bloomed by now, it must look nice.

Hope Takoyama didn't get caught up in this.

The picture above is of Takeshita Dori in Harajuku on Friday afternoon. A rumor spread around 4:20pm that a famous celebrity was nearby. The message was fueled by mobile phones and social networking services and the build up of people seemed to confirm that something was happening. In fact, it seems there was no-one around but the crush of people in the narrow street meant that no-one could move and a panic began. Dozens of police were needed to restore order and ambulances took three people to hospital although there are no details of injuries so far.

Heck yeah. I've been on that street. It is very narrow. So those people are seriously packed in like sardines...oh wait most of them are skinny Japanese, so I'll say anchovies instead. Bleah

^Wow thats nuts even for Jpn. The worst crowd I've been in was on a morning rush hour train headed for Shinjuku. The train was so packed it felt like it would flip on its side on any curve. There was no point holding on to handle bars. A train molesters wet dream Nut
