Jamon Serrano...dayem, one of the world's best! If you really like Spanish ham the king of kings is Jamon Iberico de Belota...if you haven't tasted it I encourage you to try it when you get a chance...it's absolutely amazing!

I only tried it once in London...you can get it here in the States but it's pricey!

My one experience with it below:

Yup...from black footed pigs (pata negra) that roam freely and graze on hazelnuts and acorns. I think that's a big reason the ham taste so dayem good.
