Yes, Ai wa Mieru caps. The are actually more at TisK and kawaiiyojuu. From the scene with Aya giving birth.... feels a bit weired to see Aya like that.

Yes, she alrerady had it in Namida wo fuite. She must have had that accident sometime before already. On some older pics there is no scar. But pics are no proof I guess. They still might have retouched the photos and removed Aya signature scare back then.
