Finished up Guilty, one of the best in the the dark drama genre I've seen in a while. Victory! Peace! Had all the makings of a successful drama: murders, suicides, revenge, corruption, zero laughs, good guys who are evil and the bad guys who make Satan look like a saint, w00t! highly recommended.

I was really busy in the last weeks so I had little time for dramas - a few that I started (and will probably finish with time):
Jin until episode 2, Marumo no okite until episode 2, Asuko no March until episode 3

Like Marumo best - how cute are those kids - but it's not entirely free of stereotypes. And I am a bit concerned if these kids are not milked a bit too much for their own good.

Oh and I downloaded the DVD rip of Beach Boys. Dancing

Started Sayonara, Ozu Sensei.
I think Juri Ueno has a small role in it - for now I only found Eita and Asami Mizukawa. hehe

"Utskushi Rinjin"

http://www.jdorama.com/drama.1573.htm

Nakama Yukie. Watabe Atsuro. And supporting roles by Miura Rieko and Suzuki Sawa.

Seemed like a good plan. But I got through the third episode and found that I just didn't care anymore. I mean, the whole thing is just sitting there on my sandisk, but I've been spending my lunch hours watching old eisodes of Top Gear on netflix. Heck, I've even resorted to watching French movies instead of going back and finishing "Utskushi Rinjin", and I really don't care for French movies.

It's been around two weeks since I watched episode three, and I'm starting to suspect there will be no episode 4 in my future.

I'm on episode 8 of Buzzer Beat. It's been pretty descent so far, and enjoyable.

Funny that you mention this, I stopped watching Utsukushi Rinjin after episode 4 but I can't really point my finger on what made me stop.

Also for some reason I can't bring myself up to continue watching Jin2 Sweat

Shiawase ni Narou yo - Waiting for Ep. 7 subs. I have laughed at some point in each episode so far, rare for me.
Control - Episode 2
Asuko March - Maybe more for middle school or hs freshman probably. I'm watching it to finish it at this point but on a good note it is slowly picking up.
