HAHAHAHAHA. Seriously. I don't the metered parking is THAT expensive throughout all of downtown. This was the first time ever seeing that rate, but I do know that many of the meters charge 3 or 4 dollars an hour which isn't much better.

It was flying north-south along the 110, then later it backtracked then headed east, along the 91...
