 GTO [麻辣教師]
GTO's the most inspirational show I've ever watched. Not even sure why; Onizuka just resonated with me for some reason. Onizuka's an impeccable leading man--he's imperfect but good-hearted, not to mention extremely funny and highly unpredictable. Dig the rest of the cast, too, but this is really the Onizuka show. | My Boss, My Hero [マイボスマイヒロ]

Funniest show I've ever seen. Was shocked to find a live-action version of a show not only live up to the original, but surpass it. Hooked me on J-dramas instantly. Chiaki, Nodame and Mine are all great, but nothing makes my day like Franz Stresemann. That guy's the greatest. |
