I'm really looking forward to seeing Nodame Cantabile New Year Special, and Shika-otoko (deer man)aoniyoshi (I don't know what "aoniyoshi" means. That's really interesting!! Do you know the kanji for it? 'aoniyoshi'

You mean "Hiroshi Tamaki as Shinichiro Ochiai"? It's sold at the movie theaters ( in Japan). Also you can get it through his fan club. Part of its sale is donated to keep nature of the mountains.

It's not written in kanji, but in hiragana' ɂ悵'. I read the book again and found '(ao)' means blue and ' (ni)' means red. '悵(yoshi)' means good. 'Aoniyoshi' comes from very old Japanese poems waka, which means "Blue and red colored buildings look so beautiful here in Nara." Nara, where the drama goes, is one of the oldest cities in Japan. You 'll be surprised to see deer all around there.
To sum it up, Shika-otoko aoniyoshi turned out to be the title associated with Nara.

Hi! I'm Japanese. I live in Nagoya the city where Tamaki-kun's from! (But I don't know his residence, or rather I don't want to search because I heard more and more fans are invading his privacy... ) I went to see Midnight Eagle on the opening day, and got the book(see my another reply as well). I like it! He looks wild and cool. But a few pictures show that his face got a little bit round. ()@Is the movie on the screen in your country too?

That an interesting observation: in the news videos for the Nodame Special, everyone seems to think he lost weight.

Frankly, the storyline is so-so. I like the character Osawa Takao played better than the one Tamaki-kun played... The ending music is beautiful. X(hyoheki, The Ice Wall), the drama in which Tamaki-kun acts a "lone" climber, is more thrilling.
