Watched all 11 episodes in roughly a 12-hour span.

Predictable story and plot, despite the somewhat unique plot twist.

A waste of Ueno Juri's acting talent as she's nothing more than a plot point (yet again)... considering her star power, you'd think the writers would have given her role a lot more meat, rather than being a side salad.

In that respect, disappointing.

A generous 7/10... Worth one viewing, but that's about all.

One other observation: I think (?) the girl who plays the youngest sister, Miren, in the drama is the same girl who played the young Nodame in Nodame Cantabile...

That's right. She is Morisako Ei. In addition to being chibi Nodame she was also the first generation Chibi Maruko-chan.

Forgot to mention this: oddly, the best episode was number nine, involving Keita's mother... I thought it was quite heartwarming.
