Yea! I think in ep 5, what should have happened over a span of 5 eps or so happened in 40 minutes It makes it hard to believe. Don't you think something more, dramatic, should have happened? Like saving a person's life or getting beat up?

His determination when digging for the necklace was nice. All out in the rain until he could find it. Aya just happens to walk by when he was looking for it. That's the first thing he really used to make his move on aya! with the put on the necklace and the hug...
Isn't it weird how asian dramas always have someone run into another person at the exact time something trivial happens? It happens so often in Hotelier. But i guess that's what makes the drama!

i'm a sucker for plots like that... like the guy gets injured while protecting the girl or something along this line. it would really intensifying the person's feelings in a more plausible way than

simply hearing about his sad past.. i mean that would work but it's just not enough... not believable enough.
i guess the moral of the story is that: if these people are meant to be together, fate would bring the two of them together, no matter where they are.. to the same place, at the same time. hahaha! but it's a romantic idea.. hehe.. although the same thing would suck in cases where one of the leads overhear something bad from the other lead (tooo much of these in asian dramas too!!!) _________________

the cctv part is like a classic coincidence that can happen~!
now that you've mentioned the general manager, that's really another lament of mine.. the r/s between him and the rival's daughter (haha.. what's the name again?) is completely sacrificed and once again, unbelievable.

anyone watched episode 5...hope someone can share a tiny bit of spoilers ...i didn't manage to watch it and didn't know what happened...esp with kyoko and keigo...did they at least hug another time???? i read someone posted that she agreed to go america with him?? yeah!!!! that means they are back together, isn't it?

It's cool, Kyoko is intelligent. She didn't take too long to realize that their respective pains are not wanted. She realized that he knew his contract to buy over would hurt her, that he feels so sorry for that, and that he is in front of a dilemma. On his side, Mizusawa is right to urge Kyoko to listen to him, the more he waits, the more he loses himself : now he has told kyoko his love, he has to make a choice between his contract and her, and the sooner kyoko returns, the sooner he can clearly choose. And the pain will cease. The sooner THEY can clealy choose. Because, after all, it's obvious they do love each other, if it wasn't the case they wouldn't suffer so much each one apart.

My sole fear if Mizusawa and Keiko get along, is Mizusawa's angers. WHen he's angry he can't control himself and he can physically hurt Kyoko badly if one day they argue Scary

RIght now I'm waiting for subs but I watched the raw here and there. No they didn't hug another time but they are back together. They are trying to find a solution : kyoko agrees to go with him to America; but she especially cherishes the hotel, which Mizusawa understands, and she asks him to stop the buying over. But as Mizusawa had signed a contract with Danito develpoment, that is impossible, so he'll look for an indirect way to do it...

It's sad how this drama is only 8 episodes, that means 3 more episodes for me! I like the story because its kind of different than any other drama.
Some people say that the Japanese version is wa~~~ay faster than the Korean one, I personally prefer Jdramas 'cause they're to the point. How long will the story be dragged to if they took more time on every incident and event ?!
I fall in love with Ueto Aya since Azumi.. I really like this show so much! I actually watch it till episode 6 in two days. I pity Mizusawa-san.. and that episode 6 makes me feel more sympathy towards him. Hurhur..
Should I watch the korean version of Hotelier? It could be a disadvantage that korean shows are much longer bcos it can get draggy sometimes.. But not all are draggy, right?
Actually i want J-Hotelier to be longer than expected.

Hmm I watched ep1, and I don't really think Aya is suited for playing this 'mature' role. and before you guys wanna hurt me: yes I think aya is cute, but that doesn't mean you have to worship her in any drama or movie she appears in

I personally Didn't like the First Episode... But as the Show progressed Aya Actually can hold up her role. The Show is Actually pretty good.. Don't care about the ratings. I love the Korean version too.. even though it has more episodes.. J-Hotelier its a little bit faster pace which I don't mind a bit.
