the drama might be a retread of past dramas like gokusen or gto but the manga it's based on was published in the years 1977-1985. too bad they made the drama too late so it seems like an overly done concept

Well, so far....I like Rina's acting. Very good. Her smile

Well.....I definitely don't like the character of the kid who was in P.O.T movie nor do i like the PE teacher....he's too.... Too much a puss to be a PE teacher.

Love how Maki's character does nothing but sit and do nothing. Easy role for her thus far

This drama definitely need subs to go along with it.


Btw........maybe a dumb question, but what exactly is Seito SHokun suppose to mean???

i hope they make the next episodes more interesting or else the drama may lose more viewers. rina uchiyama's last drama, Kiraware Matsuko no Issho was a flop, the average ratings was 8.19, if seito becomes a flop, it may have a bad impact on her career.

The theme to the drama must be the biggest problem though....its been seen too many times.


Though you're right....if it gets more interesting, they'll be more viewers.
However, this drama doesn't have any of those Johnnies right? so that took down viewership some already

oh man, i wanted to like this drama but there are way too many cliches. i was just pissed off and annoyed during the whole first episode. let me list some of the cliches

1. rebel class - 3TD, ok wtf, that must be the lamest thing ever. seriously, when they were trying to act cool and tough i couldn't stop thinking "oh wow you are lame, if you were in ca you'd get beat up so much." 2. "we don't trust adults" blah blah blah -every f-ing school drama has this stupid line. it's annoying as HELL! ok, so what are you gonna do when you become adults yourself? hate yourself? what about your parents that raised you all those years. if you hate adults so much why don't you just go live by yourself away from adults. 3. the stupid jock pe teacher - nuff said 4. the teacher that comes and changes the school is always happy, optimistic and has some sort of extraordinary physical ability 5. the useless faculty 6. the pretty teacher that only cares about her appearance and is always shown primping or something 7. the blond punk - usually some scrawny guy that only knows how to glare. the guy in this drama has no character at all and you know he's modeled off of gokusen's uchi. 8. whenever a student starts to change and warms up to the teacher the ring leader (in this case the guy from prince of drama live action) always shouts out something like "did you forget what happened on that day?!!" 9. cops never do anything about the students assaulting people - oh come on! at my school the rent-a-cop woulda beat you to the ground if this happened. where are the law enforcers?!! the guy from prince of tennis is really annoying me. i started to like him after himitsu no hanazono even though i thought he was too girly but once again he's playing a character that always has a sour face on. maybe i just watched this episode when i was in a bad mood or something but it just annoyed the hell out of me. even so though, i'll probably continue to skim through the episodes because i like horikita maki. but, it doesn't take the absence of a johnny's member to make this flop in the ratings. oh and gachi baka, another school drama had 2 johnny's (tegoshi and masuda from news) and it still bombed horrifically. one thing that was nice was rina's tracksuit. it was really cute! thank god it's not some fugly thing.
