I just loved the introduction of the Eqyption Squad

Nanyatee Kid was Kuro-yan's student I didn't know....

i used to think yakitate jp was boring but good thing i didnt give it up! ii guess if u watch too many cooking/food competition it gets tiring.. see, if u watch something like Shota no Sushi (jdrama), ..something curry (manga), then Cooking Master Boy.. you get the same resemblance having a stonger opponent and shows lots of interesting cooking secrets and slurs.. the main character always wins... but i give YJ another A+ cuz its hella funnier and i love the soundtrack, plus i love bread (as i used to work in a bakery)
oh yeh i always had a feeling that the owner of St. Pierre was Azuma's friend when he was a boy...
@eve, so you're starting to watch gankutsuou? u picked the right choice! i know some peeps would say that this is one of the boring story ever.. i agree, but wait till you pass ep.8 thats when the whole revenge thing starts, and wait til you see the mecha CG fighting too.. haha enjoy enjoy.. i wont spoil it for you, the ending is BLEH but who cares? the whole revenge plot is sweet! _________________

Really. I find it very original and fresh though I wouldnt want every anime to look like it. A little hard on the eyes. Still Im finding it intriguing watched another episode tonight.
BTW Terryb I like the way you did the invisible spoiler. Ill be imitating you in the future. _________________

i would most certainly have to agree....this anime is quite hilarious and has made me laugh like no other anime has in quite some time, perhaps since ranma 1/2...i really enjoy watching it....i'm not quite caught up to the most recent episode but it's been a barrel of laughts thus far.
