No one seems to want to pick it up to sub as predicted. Episode 2 should be out sometime today. Can't wait for episode 2.

Just wanted to mention a funny happening between the casts of this drama, in Nakai Masahiro's Bowling SP. Its between Toda Erika and a member of the Manzai duet, Oriental Radio, Nakata, but they all call him Acchan.

When it was Toda Erika's turn, Nakai kept teasing her, that she couldn't stop laughing and even tears came out a bit. Suddenly she goes and hold Acchan's arm, in a cute voice, saying, "Acchan, tasukete(help)!".

Nakai, the audience and Acchan himself were like, "oooooo??!". And acting big, Acchan move forward a bit and posing kakkoi, pointing at Toda Erika and signing that Toda Erika is his girlfriend xD Nakai was like, "Yeah, she asked your help, like she's yours, huh?". Acchan said to the audience, "Sumimasen, my girlfriend will throw the ball now,". xD

Then, later during Acchan's turn, his summer wish is "I wish to meet and get marry with an actress, after filming this drama!". Nakai asked, "Hee?? Who do you want to marry with??". He replied, "Well, first I thought, any one is okay... but just now, it was really a good chance... so I decided, I WANT TO MARRY TODA ERIKA!" xD
I thought Toda Erika will reject him, but she said, "Acchan kakkoii!!". Areee~~??? xD Masaka, masaka?? haha...

But later, that guy went gutter. And Nakai said to him, "With this, you won't even get her phone number!". Toda Erika puff her cheeks and made a disappointed face, "Acchan, saiaku (you're the worst),"... ^^

The cast of Ushi ni Negai wo were recently on NEP LEAGUE! (a game show where Neptunes [a comedy trio] and two guests are pitted against 5 members [in this case, the members of Ushi ni Negai wo] in various games, such as one where they have to put their kanji knowledge to the test and go through a virtual game where they type in the word in hiragana that corresponds to the kanji on the screen. There's also a game where the members have to work together as a team where they're asked to name 5 items on the topic given [for example, one they did recently, was to name 5 ALL-female comedy groups]. Then each person had to answer one different one. THey go in a specific order so if one person can't answer it, then only the points made up till that person can be given, and everyone else left on the team who has yet to still answer cannot give answers even if they have one ready.)

I found it amusing though when the Ushi ni Negai wo cast were trying to decide what they were going to do with the money if they won it (there's a possibility for a $10,000 prize). One person in the cast suggested Yakiniku---and everyone's going "YEAH! Yakiniku!" But then one person realized...hey, that's cow meat. The guys from Neptunes were joking asking them, what kind of wish were they placing on the cows (since the title of their drama is "A Wish Upon a Cow") [implying they wished death on the cow since they were so set on eating yakiniku, which is basically grilled cow meat ^^]

It was pretty hilarious because earlier on in the show the actors/actresess were gushing about how there's real footage of a calf being born, and how the cows are a central part to their story....then later they completely forgot and were all for yakiniku ^^

B.O.N. funsubs just announced that they'll be subbing this series. i think they dropped mao's first kiss for this. so thank you so much, B.O.N.!!! i guess i won't have to watch the 2nd epi raw.

this show is great and refreshing! good for a chance in the kind of japanese dramas that i've been watching! so happy that it's subbed and the scenes are great! nature and farms! woo! make mi wana try farming too! hahaha!

Episode 2......the best actor goes to Mother Cow and Baby Calf in the scene of separation....Mmooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo !

Episode 3 RAW now out! I love this show. It has such low ratings, but everyone in Japan is missing out on this one. Their loss.

guessing the low ratings have to do with the whole out-in-the-country setting..? Dunno, but i think this drama is quite interesting (that and the solid cast members)

Well i've only seen the 1st episode and that was in crunchyroll. I also think that the low ratings is cause of the farm setting and that ppl in japan r missing out. I think the scenery is nice and the story will evolve.

Even if the farm setting doesnt do it, there's always the cast like Tetsuji Tamayama and Erika Toda to pull you in
