i saw the trailer and toma is so handsome there!! I'm burning with anticipation with this drama

i'm old... my fav japanese actors/actresses are all those back in the 90s and early 00s. So, I don't really know who are the people you guys talking about.

Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to H&C too. Heard from many people that the story is really good and that the anime version was very popular.

hello chokakoi! its ok. actually i havne been watching j-dramas since 2002? cos e local channel stopped broadcasting them. its until recent yrs tt youtube n crunchyroll comes in to bring back my love. hahaha. so actually i duno many of the recent productions/actors too. bleh. theres a lot to catch up on! heehee.

there's one that's the same length and one that is longer. the most recent 15sec one is different but doesnt really seem like it to me... the 30sec one is different cause there hasn't been a 30sec one before this

They should have chosen a better looking guy to play Morita Shinobu. He's like the coolest character in the story. Toma is okay as the main. I like Toma.

yes.. intimate stare!! like this!! so envy yoko.. anyway yes I saw the trailer.. and the 30second trailer is better because there's more toma close ups.. I'm happy he got the leading role!! toma's first I pressume.. and about the morita character.. I somehow want to agree with that.. I also find that character to be the coolest.. so If ever we can pick a better actor for the character.. which actor would you guys choose?? c'mon this is a fun poll so minna participate!!

I guess I can't answer for Morita since I know nothing about him, but if Toma wasn't playing Takemoto, I know he could definitely play the Morita well since we all know how well he played Nakatsu.

Man Morita is like my favorite character and they have to go find some guy that is so bleh to play the role. Not kakkoi at all. This is disappointing. So much for that.

eh i tot narimiya hiroki was quite good in gokusen n he looked a lot cuter back then. why hur?! his face changed quite a lot rite. but ive neva watched honey n clover before so i duno how his character's supposed to be. but seems to be similar to nakatsu... i guess he can do the job. haha. not much of participation in the game ah. gomen-ne.

Saying that Narimiya Hiroki is lame just shows that people shouldn't talk before watching.

Most fangirls (rough categorization, apologies for that) know him for Gokusen, but he has done many, and I really mean many, impressive roles after that one.
Orange Days, Teresa Teng, Ima Ai ni Yukimasu and the latest Swan no Baka! are just some examples.

He is the one that'll most likely drag me to watch this drama, since the leads haven't really gotten around me. The girl was in "1 litre", but this is a completely different role. So it'll be interesting to see how she's matured since I haven't seen her in anything after that.

i gotta agree he's not that kakkoi though. i was actually expecting an... how should i put this... a little taller with a more 'senpai' look than Narimiya. dunno 'bout the acting though.

you know, you guys shouldn't start flaming too. xyz said nothing about acting.

the others looks fine. except for Narumi Riko. she doesn't look like Hagumi. Aoi Yuu looks more like Hagumi than she does. I dunno, maybe she should curl her hair a little bit more. she doesn't look that petite too.

yeah like monta said, I'm only commenting on his looks. Takemoto has a inferior complex to Morita for many reasons. Besides the fact that Morita is really talented and like a crazy genius, he's also taller and more kakkoi. The others are fine.

Sorry, but the way you phrased it about Nari... it's easy for anyone to get defensive.

Toma or Teipei are good for Takemoto but I don't know about the guy they picked for Morita. Morita is supposed to be better looking but in this case Toma seems to look better to me or more appealing if you will. But anyways, just for fun. Casting from a distant past.
