It's all in the lungs and diaphragm.
Actually there's a crazy trick you can learn to do called circular breathing - when you run out of air in your lungs, the last little bit goes to inflate your cheeks. While you breath in, you deflate your cheeks. You can almost do it forever if you know circular breathing.
For fun, after watching Swing Girls, I retaught myself to circular breathe and saw if I could do it with the tissue. If you're playing an instrument, circular breathing usually makes you go flat while breathing out your cheeks, but with a tissue it works fine _________________

the images I used are personal captures from the DVD insert of her 1st photobook {CJʐ^WugJv released on November 25, 2006. I believe she was 18 or 19 years old when the actual photos were captured by the photographer, Kouki Nishida-san.
both desktop wallpapers are 1920~1200 pixels. _________________

That's cool. I haven't seen any of her television drama works before Boku No Aruku Michi - just mostly her movies released in 2006 and 2007. Not sure if I'll ever buy the Swing Girls DVD. from what I hear, she only has small parts on it. _________________

Here's an interview (with Swing Girls co-star Miho Shiraishi) where she talks about the running-after-the-train scene:
Thanks for the link If only I could have understood it I caught (obviously) that they were talking about how she fell and had the blood, etc... I wonder if they were asking whether it was real or not.
I hope I didn't watch too far into that video though and ruin anything for myself in SekaChu
from what I read, her closest friend, ђnJق肳 (Kanjiya Shihori) will have her own lead role for http://wiki.d-addicts.com/Ando_Natsu _________________

Masaaki Uchino to star as "Legendary Detective Gonzo"
Wed, June 4, 2008 (3:16am EDT)
Masaaki Uchino is starring in a new TV Asahi drama series called "Gonzo: Densetsu no Keiji." This will be his first time in a police detective role.
"Gonzo" is said to be police slang for a person with ability and experience but is unable to work. Uchino plays Kuroki, once a top-notch detective. After an incident that results in him having post-traumatic stress disorder, he winds up as an unmotivated and slovenly clerk in an accounting division for another police station. But one day, a case arises that brings him back as a detective.
The show is being produced by Motohiro Matsumoto and written by Ryota Kosawa, who have both worked on the highly successful "Aibou" franchise.
Michitaka Tsutsui plays a fellow cop who looks down on the fallen Kuroki. Yuika Motokariya is a female detective at Kuroki's current station, and Nene Otsuka plays the psychiatrist helping Kuroki with his mental problems. The cast also includes Issei Takahashi and Katsuhiko Watabiki.
"Gonzo" starts this July, running in the Wednesday 9:00pm time slot.
