No, it isn't.
But you didn't acknowledge my "less is more" comment, either.
Sorta back on topic: I'm hardsubbing episode 5 now.

Sorta back on topic: I'm hardsubbing episode 5 now. | I debated whether to respond to this comment as I wasn't going to post here anymore, but since this is probably going to be deleted anyway, here it goes.
'Less is more' is NOT a constructive criticism, it is a generalization. As Krim says, she pointed out things that non-natives wouldn't know (puns, jokes, facts, etc); that's when 'more IS more'. Even though I watched it primarily with Chinese subs, sometimes hers is faster (a testament to how hardworking she is), and I enjoyed her comments. In fact, nobody else but you seems to have a problem w/ her comments in this thread; people on D-Addicts loved it as well. She doesn't get paid for subbing, so why not let her have some fun while doing it by adding a few extra comments. You can do whatever you want with the subs, but at least be tactful about it.
I still remember how you pleaded w/ her on D-Addicts to continue subbing the Nodame SP, apologizing to her profusely if you're the one who offended her and promising to beat up anyone for her. Now that the subs are done (and you probably know she won't be subbing anytime soon as she has a new job on 4/1), you have the gall to turn around and criticize her behind her back? If you think yours is constructive criticism, I dare you to post your comments here word for word on D-Addicts in the Shika subtitles thread and see what kind of reaction you'll get. I guarantee it won't be pretty.

You're right.
I'll shut my pie hole.
