sorry to have forced you here, but i'm curious about the drop in ratings too so your disinterest might give me some clue. for me the 1st episode was not strong enough too. it was a bit too anime-like for my liking with the overuse of eeevil glare. however, the second half was really well done. the 2nd episode was even better! that's why i'm surprised by single digits for the 3rd episode because in theory, a good previous episode will garner great ratings for the next.
Unfortunately they are up against Ghibli's Totoro, which usually steals the ratings of other shows on the same slot
Maybe its the summer season. Audience just don't like to think on hot Friday nights.

Anyone has guesses of who is the person who took pictures of Naruse while he was smiling devilishly? And from the preview, seem like Naruse will also accept a tarot card in Ep5. Does that mean there's someone else, someone's more evil behind all these? Or did someone actually wanted/planned Naruse to take revenge to Serizawa, for a reason?

I'm loving all the mystery bits!! haven't been so excited about a mystery suspense since Byakuyakou! btw, Byakuyakou received Best Drama award, but the ratings were also 10-14%. It was so excellent in many aspects, so I was also pondering abt the mediocre ratings. If I'm not mistaken, it was also on TBS friday night slot... I guess ppl doesn't stay home on Friday nights x)

The one who stalked Naruse was Ikehata, the bad reporter. The tarot card which was given to Naruse is a bad omen. "The Tower" card is the scariest card to receive because it does not have a positive interpretation. It means your dark secrets (or lies you are not aware of) will be revealed thus will lead to your own destruction. How ironic.. and a creepy coincedence to what's happening in real life too.

which is spot on I did saw Ikeheta in the bushes taking naruse's picture and it wasn't revealed in 4 that he knows about Naruse but he hinted he will dig it out.

Just curious, is "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" also a significant song in Mawang? Or is this just something new added to the Japanese version?

^yes. It was the mother's favourite song but it's not as significant as the Japanese version because there were other symbols/things that represents the lawyer's memories for his family (food & sweets). There was no harmonica in the Korean version though.

anyone else? there's no one else here but me
its great, thought invoking, serious but gets you on the edge of your seat. some have described it "making you feel like shooting your head after each episode.. in a very good way" (air suicide? ). just try to get past 1&2 at a go maybe you'll be intrigued enough to continue. Toma's character is pretty annoying though but he performed well.

and it got a kick ass theme song
