Hey everyone, I'm currently working on a project and I really need your help! If you could answer the questions below to the best of your ability, your answers will definitley help me on my research. Thanks!

1. What is your nationality/where are you from?

2. Are you male or female?

3. Do you consider yourself an "Otaku" or someone who has adopted Japanese culture as their own (if you're non-japanese)?

4. If you answered yes to question 3, some people might think that you're rejecting your own national or true culture (say for example, your American culture), what do you have to say about that?

5. Do you believe that you have a strong connection with Japanese culture? how so?

6. Do you believe Japanese (horror) films are far more superior to American films in general not just remakes? Why?

7. If you prefer Japanese horror to American/Western horror, what makes one better than the other?

8. If you're against commercializing/mainstreaming J-horror with an American remake, why? Would your attitude change if the original Japanese version became more commericalized and widely available to American audiences instead?

9. How you feel about American culture in relation to Japanese/Asian culture in general? Do you think Japanese culture is superior to American culture?

10. Are you interested in other areas of Japanese/Asian culture like manga, anime, calligraphy, etc.?

Thank you!

ha, that's funny. The link was very similar to mine. But I would rather have active discussion related to my questions otherwise, in the nicest possible way, move on please. Thanks.
