No worries. I prolly would have if I could find the stuff here.

not really a fan of Oda Yuji, but since Kitagawa is on it (I'm expecting some comedy), I have it on my watchlist.

Yea same. I never used to mind Oda (I think he was great in Last Christmas), but I recently heard that he's not a favourite among peers. People don't usually like working with him because he never appreciates the works of others and is rather arrogant. I don't know how much of this is true, but it's turned me off of him.

First episode was quite enjoyable. Script, pacing and storytelling were all pretty good. Like Takoyama said, there are a few similiarities with GTO. My first time watching Kitano Kie, I thought she shone. Kitagawa Keiko was super cute, but a bit too similar to Mop Girl perhaps. Oda Yuji was not bad I thought, but like Sorimachi in GTO, his performance/character depended a lot on charisma, those who didn't like him before probably wouldn't like him here. I will probably continue watching, though I have a bad feeling this could be as good as it gets.

yep, first episode was interesting, like GTO exactly, lots of very familiar faces - old and young. Keiko is sparkling as always. But I decided it's not worth my time. I tried, really hard. Bonk

I just skimmed through it since I'm going to wait for subs. Only ended up downloading because Kitagawa Keiko is in it. I only saw one part with her talking and she was using this really fake high voice. Please don't tell me her character actually talks like that. It sounds horrible.

Let's hope not. I mean, her natural voice is pretty low and heavy.

Kitagawa Keiko's acting is a joke. It's even worse than "Dear Friends". No matter how you look at it, she didn't graduate from Tokyo-U Beat You

Although I kind of liked the story, cast, direction, production are all pretty horrible. Maybe they're going for "so bad it's good" comedy hehe
Seriously, what's with Hamada Gaku's hair and that HYD kid's appearance and voice? His character is supposed to be a homo?

Go watch her in LIFE. She's just wonderful, besides Fukuda Saki that is.

Thanks for the rec, it's in the queue. I have been very impressed with Fukuda Saki in other dramas.

Strangely, that guy, the swimmer, Okada Masaki, looks a lot like Adam Brody in the O.C. to me. Crazy

OMG! Thanks for the warning! Muack

Dude, what is with this recurring theme? It's so gross and disturbing, no matter which way you look at it. Argh.
