If anything, she's wearing a wig or has extensions... Not Photoshop, I think.

I'm sorry if I repost this.... Smitten
btw what is Baton passing ceremony????

Masha gave Ueno Juri (lead in nexy year's Taiga drama, Gou) Nagasaki tangerines which is a local specialty and she returned with wagyū (Omi beef), which was well-known due to the source of water came from Lake Biwa, in Shiga Prefecture.

From the title alone, it just sounds like the passing of one lead actor's "responsibility" to the next lead actor in the next Taiga. Smile

Yeah it is.
Traditionally, they will exchange local specialty from filming sites.
Masha gave Juri chan Nagasaki tangerines while Juri chan returned with Fukuyama's wagyu (Omi beef).

From Mashamasha's translation:
"Juri asked him what she should bring to NHK studio, masha said he always brings his training set to the studio but this is not necessary for Juri, so he suggested her to bring a good chair such that she can have good rest during the filming. Then masha said he has a good one, he will give her as present."
