So I watched Engine straight through last night! All 11 episodes. I didn't mean to. I got home from work early and put it on and just watched it, I was gonna go to be after the second disk but I really wanted to know what would happen, if you've seen episode 7 you know what I mean. Anyway I ended up watching it until 2am (which isn't too bad I gues ^^; though I might have to rethink that considering I started watching it just before 3 in the afternoon LOL that's almost 12 hours of none stop jdorama ) Anywayif you hadn't guessed I loved it! A lot ^_^ (watched the first 3 eps again this morning... I was bored) now I have to decide on either Hero or the Grand Tribe *ponders* _________________

GOODNESS! Yer even worse than I am! _________________
another Hiroshi Abe and Takeuchi Yuko disappointment. I'm just on a bad streak at the moment. First I had to abort My Little Chef after struggling thru 5 epis. Now I'm falling asleep on just epi 3.
This was just shown in NY and my friend there sent it to me.
I'm going to have to jump to the last episode and then hope for a better return on the next drama. I think Yuko chan only shines in a romantic involvement. And Abe needs a Dekinai No Otoko supporting cast to bring out the real actor. Woe is me!!!!!!

Hang in there, Ralphie. The show really takes off in the episode when Yuko gets lost in the woods. Don't give up or you'll miss some sweet moments. _________________
I just finished Tsubasa no Oreta Tenshitachi epi 2, and gonna start epi 3. What a depressed set of episodes... but powerful at the same time. _________________

Just finished!
My Review: 10/10
Wowc
I had no expectations for this drama. I actually dove right into it after finishing another drama. What attracted me to it was the list of actresses involved. All other knowledge of the basis of the show was limited.
I have never before seen a drama focused on the struggle of women. What a depressingc yet uniquely inspirational selection of stories! With just four episodes, each one stands alone. Each one features a female struggling through life.
There is a moral in each story, and at the end something is resolved. I thoroughly enjoyed the second episode, starring Horikita Maki, but it was Ueno Jurifs final episode that really gripped my heart. I was in tears, and even now, after having finished it, I can sense her loneliness and yearning. She is definitely a strong, solid actress | and worthy of all our votes!
All four actresses (Ueto Aya, Horikta Maki, Yamada Yu, and Ueno Juri) were superb, and managed to take each powerful plot and make it their own story.
A fabulous drama. I canft wait to start part two! _________________
