hummm. I have the feeling I'm gonna have to start channeling my inner eleven year old if I'm gonna have any chance at enjoying this series.

Admittedly, the girly video game graphics of the opening and closing credits are irritating for the most part, but Konishi Manami has me coming back for more.

So far. Beaten

BMW

I've always sort of liked Manami. Not so much that I'd go after a show just because she was in it. But I've never minded her.

But I do have to wonder who watched her other shows and thought, yeah, we have to get this girl into a silly, slap stick comedy.

It was an opportunity for her to be in a starring role... She was similarly kooky in Udon...

Yeah... I saw Udon.

She's just never struck me as a "kooky" person.

Well... I'll keep going. Hopefully I'll get into the spirit of the thing.

Erika Toda and Ueno Juri was enough encouragement for my brother to end up watching it. rofl He doesn't care too much for Kimutaku but likes the cute girls.

She has a much better role in Liar Game. But there's nothing spectacular about her.

On Topic: Re-visiting Nodame. I'm missing my Chiaki-sama. In love Lovey Eyes Smitten

I've come to the conclusion that it's pretty unavoidable in the individual threads since people wanna talk about how much they liked the show and the various scenes that they liked, etc., etc., etc.....

But for a general thread like this one or the Recommendations thread, the spoiler tags should still be used....

Episode 5 Love Revolution.

It starts a little slow. The story a little weak.
However, my first encounter with Esumi Makiko is proving to be great eye candy. Ryoko chan is her usual bubbly self and fun to watch. So all in all I'm enjoying this drama a lot. Give me a comedy romance with a couple of beautiful damsels and I'm happy.
