Finished Ashita no, Kita Yoshio
I liked the relationship between Heita and Kita-san, but the drama wasn't really how I wish it to be, and the pace felt really slow toward the end. Overall, just an ok drama for me.
Started Style!. Quite an energetic and fun drama. Though I imagine the stories of different customers through the personal shopper department would get a bit old after a few episodes, it's been enjoyable so far. Well worth watching for Takeuchi Yuko's fans.

First episodes of Dragon Zakura and Yaou/Yaoh. They seemed ok so far, but nothing special. They just seemed like rehashed shows (GTO and Salaryman Kintaro for DZ; the male version of Jotei for Yaou). _________________

Oh dear, Yaoh was on my watching list - I hated Jotei and quit after 10 minutes of listening to Kato RosaLs annoying voice.
On topic: last episode of Seigi no Mikata followed by the last episode of Maou

I'm finally watching a drama again after a lenghty hiatus during which I was watching Japanese films and anime. I'm watching Sasaki Fusai no Jingi Naki Tatakai...man I haven't seen Koyuki in a drama since Kimi wa Petto I think! It's fairly funny thus far (just started).
Man she has a gorgeous wardrobe. She looks stunning.
In addition, I think it's the first time I've ever seen Goro in a drama...kinda weird.

Don't expect much from Dragon Zakura the girls can drool over Abe and the guys can drool over Hasagawa, otherwise there's nothing much there. On topic: finished epi 10 of 14 Sai no Haha I thought this would be the typical "teenage pregnancy" cliche, but it's been really good so far, mostly because of Mirai Shida.

Makes no sense why a lot of people liked it then. But I guess with some people, a pretty or handsome face can carry a whole drama.

Ooh, I'm tempted more and more to watch this drama now. _________________

Probably She looks so good in smart clothes - a real model.
Very statuesque.

I've only ever seen Goro in Churasan, where his character is really over the top. I can't picture him being any other way
I only remember seeing him in the film Warai no Daigaku where he was really good....but I suspect he got a boost given the fact the film was a Koki Mitani film which tend to be really good gems.

Gah! She's gorgeous, not like a man at all
She looks like a guy to me in some pics and in some samurai drama that I skimmed through. One of her manly pics is actually featured on this site too: http://jdorama.com/artiste.239.htm

OK, I could see that. She doesn't have a kawaii/pretty face

Gori is the name of the actor in Churasan; Goro (Inagaki) is the name of the actor in the Sasaki dorama. Inagaki is one of the SMAP guys.
I tried watching that Sasaki series a couple of months ago; quit after the third episode. Makoto Fujita and Masahiko Nishimura--two good actors--are wasted in this series. Koyuki, while trying hard and looking great, is hampered by a lousy script and Inagaki's presence.
Tu_triky: I think Goro's performance in University of Laughs was an aberration; as you pointed out, he had the good fortune to work with a Mitani script. Plus, he got paired up with Koji Yakusho who basically pulled him along for the ride.

She's beautiful but she has very strong features.
Oh well I will watch something light and funny tonight. Checking out the first episodes of Yasuko to Kenji and Yamada Taro Monogatari
