Thanks for the acknowledgement. Smile

Something with English subs, right?

You might wanna check out Hatachi No Kekkon (Marriage at Twenty)... More Yuka than Ryoko-chan, but Ryoko-chan shines when she's on screen... Lotsa arguing on the drama, though. Gets irritating after a while.

There's also Hikon Kazoku (Unmarried Family)... Early Ryoko-chan. Co-stars with the great Sanada Hiroyuki. Smile

Ahhh I'm watching Pride right now, the 4th episode and I'm just loving it, Takuya is so sexy in the role of Halu, I love his moves towards Aki when he's playing hockey and when he says "Maybe"
I have to say that that's a strange role for him, I mean, he usually plays tipical good boys, but Halu is a portray of the bad guy making fun of women *___* it suits him perfectly. I look forward to see the rest!

Just a info: anyone of you knows a site to fine images of Pride?

I guess I didn't explain myself very well.

I'd seen a bunch of shows featuring Tokiwa prior to my eyes, and sensibilities, being assaulted by Refrain.

I loved her in Beautiful Life.

I thought she was gorgeous in Le bel Homme.

I enjoyed Tabloid.

And she was great in Ryuuten no Ouhi (Princess Hiro)

In fact, I'd become such a fan of hers, I went out and bought a copy of her HK movie, Moonlight Express.

That's why I'm so down on Refrain. Ever since seeing that show, I haven't been able to watch her in anything else. I just can't get that awful show out of my head.

And it has to be mentioned... this is mostly just a question of my tastes. I hate weepy, heavy handed, amateurish, soap operas.

I hated Tokyo Wankie, but fortunately I realised where it was going early enough to stop watching before it ruined Yukie Nakama for me.

And Heaven's Coins took the shine off everyone who appeared in it, as far as I'm concerned.

On a happier note, I just got a copy of Eri's The only Son and his Three Eler Sisters. I haven't started watching it yet, but I'm really looking forward to it.

Such a bummer. I've only got one episode of Narita Rikon left to watch.

It's like still being ravenous, and knowing there's only one piece of pizza left in the box. You'd like to save it for later, but you know it's gonna taste best if you eat it NOW!

GOT IT GEEZ! And we seem to have the same taste in dramas because that's exactly how I felt with Heaven's Coins. Have not seen Tokyo Wankei yet though.

I hope you enjoy The Only Son and His Three Elder Sisters. Speaking of Narita Rikon, I might as well put that also in my "to watch queu" though the list right now is quite long - Nanisama, Love Complex, Hello Blackjack, Shota no Sushi, Sensei Shiranaino. Maybe you guys here can give me your recommendations.

I just saw the last episode of Hotman 2 tonight. Very good IMO. I liked it. Especially because of the whole family importance theme.
Currently watching Lion and Dragon.
Not bad.

i'm digging up some fossils to watch...
Just finished Beautiful Life. Nice, but I prefer Yasashi Jikan, which I watched bfore this (this is not so old). Both are kind of slow paced but i think maybe i can relate more to yasashijikan. Also because it's less predictable.
I'm proceeding on to Orange days. Hope it's as nice as some of the reviews... Fingers crossed

I liked Golden Bowl a lot. (click on the link to answer your questions Smile)

I'm currently watching Tail of Happiness (2002) and Homework (1992!) and Omiai Kekkon (2000).

And some others I'm getting from d-addicts. Smile
