Watching 6 jikan go ni kimi wa shinu SP. Kind of disappointed that I predicted who the attacker would be.

Don't be disappointed. You figured it out because you're brilliant. Big Grin

I knew things were going too well.

I just finished "California Dreaming" and moved right into "IWGP".

So naturally the next show would be something like "Shibatora"

http://jdorama.com/drama.1308.htm

I'd probably like it just fine... if I were 11. But sadly--I'm not.

Wynter

If you're really enjoying "Shinsengumi" (and not just proud of yourself for having watched that many episodes) you might enjoy a movie titled, "When the Last Sword is Drawn".

Wonderful movie. I focuses on one fictional member of the group and looks at it from a slightly different perspective.

I saw it just after seeing the Taiga, and the background info the Taiga gave me on the characters really brought the movie to life for me.

off topic : love this drama, but don't you think that Mabo is quite overacting? hehe

on-topic : episode 8 of Wakaba no Koro. and re-watch episode 6 of Ryusei no Kizuna

O good. Shin recommended it as well, and I'm in the process of getting it. I should have it by the end of today, and I'll watch it right after I finish the series. Thanks!

On Topic: Shinsengumi epi 38.

I just started Nanase Futabi

http://jdorama.com/drama.1336.htm

So far... brilliant. But that's probably just my reaction to ""Shibatora"

http://jdorama.com/drama.1308.htm

After "Shibatora" anything would probably look good. (Again, it's a kid show, so I'm a poor judge.)

I'll come back with a real review of "Nanase Futabi" after I've watched a few episodes... and after I get the taste of "Shibatora" out of my mouth.

Mark

I liked "Koori no Sekai "

I thought Shibatora was cute!

I don't know what I'm going to watch next. I should start catching up with Atsuhime but I don't really feel like it. I'm thinking of starting Wedding Planner.

Since you tend to say you liked shows almost every time I rip them... you'll probably enjoy "Atsuhime". I absolutely hated it. (Watched and recorded it for the first 18 weeks and ended up throwing away the discs I burned those episodes on.)

Ralph and Anime Dad (among others) on the other hand have mentioned that they love it.

"Wedding Planner" was a favorite of mine. So beware.

Well, I just finished Konna koi no Hanashi(which I really liked, even though it had EVERY cliche except running after the bus/train as it leaves) where Nanako was the sweet girl from the poor side of town. She's about as far removed from that as she can get with Koori no Sekai

Shukan Maki Yoko, 11 -13. Done!

The girl sure can act. I think the first ep was my favorite, though. Now, on to the next drama. What to watch? I'm still watching Top Sales & Minna Mukashi while doing the subs for them, but that sorta spoils the watching a little.

*goes to look at drama collection*

Wolfed down the first five episodes of Muri na Renai so far... And probably several more after dinner. Victory! Peace!

Natsukawa Yui is wonderful. In love

On the flip side, her bum of a boyfriend is a worthless sack of cow manure.

Jaa.

11 hours later, I'm done. Victory! Peace!

A really good drama... It wasn't particularly deep or complex, nor was it dumb or mind-numbing... Just light, warmhearted, and thoroughly enjoyable. Victory! Peace!

A really good overall cast and you can't help but adore Natsukawa Yui's endearing performance...

An easy 9/10. Big Grin
