I finished off Monster Parent
http://jdorama.com/drama.1309.htm
Ryoko Yonekura looked fabulous.
Beyond that... I really can't think of anything to say about the show. _________________ Manga is to Literature

Starting ep 8 of Code Blue.
Using the fast forward button a bit.
But still Im watching it.
Definitely not my usual fare but Im not my usual self...
And YamaPi is suitable for the role he plays.
Think I might actually finish it.... _________________

I think A-Dad felt the same way.
A great looking and tasty meal, but it leaves you unsatisfied.

I've got a feeling they're gonna go the way of the Dodo, Dinosaur, Double Kitchen, and Okusama wa Majo.

I'm hoping they go the way of Top Sales and get subbed by a Chinese bootlegger... and some kind soul can rip the subs for us

Hey, if it's only 2 eps, it wouldn't be too bad...

Oh, so you're talking about Monster Parent specifically, not in general terms...

A.D.
Having just watched "Monster Parent" I can tell you two things.
1) The two unsubbed episodes are pretty easy to understand. Especially using the short blurbs that the subber put up at D-Addicts. Those shows pretty much follow the same outline the rest of the episodes use, so by episodes 6 & 7 you know what's going on. The blurbs give you the specifics of the two plots in just a couple of sentences.
2) I won't be buying a bootleg of this show to fill in the blanks. Someone else might. Probably will.
But I didn't like it enough to invest the money or the time & effort it takes to produce a set of subs.
*** That sounded wrong. I know you weren't asking or even hinting about the possibility of me buying a bootleg. That was just my way of expressing my opinion of the show itself. *** _________________ Manga is to Literature

Yeah. I'm in no rush to do a whole series again. It would want to be REAL good to go through that again

That's how I felt about Monster Parent, I've always said Ryoko was the only good thing about it.

Ive been meaning to check that one out.
Final ep of Code Blue.
The situations grow more and more extraordinary/unbelievable as the series progresses. Wow.
I'll be writing a review. _________________

More & more extraordinary/unbelievable? Is that a good or bad thing? _________________
