yea, my brother started to watch Jdorams quite a bit after watching Pride.....and other Jdoramas i downloaded. He's not all into the Aya dramas i got though
got him hooked on jdrama eh? he's not much into aya eh? what's pride about anyways?

He doesn't watch much Aya drama......he is watching Kinpachi Sensei 6, and was surprise at some of the stuff Aya did, couple of "OH SHIT!!!!" now and then.....
Pride is a sports drama with the guy who is the #1 artist out of the top 50...4got his name....Kimu something??

pride, just like the sport, pride...they have it in Japan and it is all contact fighting, not my cup of tea, and the drama....
unless they would have some pretty j-girls/idols in there.

ok, i admit, she is not in my top 5, but she is hot, and has a really sexy voice, from watching azumi, about the only drama/movie, i have seen her in. and she is a good actress too.
hmmm, megumi, i have heard of that j-idol, that her real name?
if so, she is hot.
don't know the other girl though., not sure if that one is worth seeing, got my thoughts on last christmas, orange days, golden bowl, and others.

My friend who doesn't even watch dramas, watched Orange Days for his very first Jdorama, and fell in love with the serie
Golden bowl.....its ok, after watching 4 eps....its about a 7-8 out of 10 in my opinion. Not getting me into it as much as the other dramas i've seen _________________

u mean kimura takuya? i thought at first it'll be a boring drama, but guess i was wrong coz i manage to finished watching the whole series in less than a week.
the first ever aya's drama i watched was yoshitsune , am still watching aya now but on ace, think both ace and attack have same theme... even some of the cast are the same. _________________

Me, i just finished Pride with Kimutaku and takeuchi (sp?) yuko a couple of weeks ago. it was a bit dissapointing, but was just OK (IMO). Now, working Kougen e Irrashai. _________________

^ I agree with everything niko just said. Seriously, if you have a large set, you will probably be recruited (though not everyone will appear as a "tarento" (talent).. sad to say).
Currently watching little bits of dramas here and there.

Heya guys! I've been on a sort of jdorama burnout the past couple of weeks. Totally not in the mood to watch anything.
Then last weekend I mustered the strength to watch one of those in my "un-watched" dorama box. Geez.....I felt like I was being tortured to finish Handoku...the challenging sub-titles, the old plot, etc...The only interesting one there is Ninomiya...
Now if its a Kimura drama, I would probably finish it in one sitting.
now you got me wanting to see last christmas, with my nana.
