Watched first episode of Team Batista 2. It felt slow and some of the acting felt forced and awkward. I am not going to continue with this.

I'm finally watching Hana Yori Dango. After five episodes I can say that it's simply amazing <3

Finished Liar Game II. Certainly not as good as the first series. The games where a little disappointing, especially in the first half. The first half also lacked the character interaction and mystery which made the first series so interesting. It's the closest thing to a live action anime you're likely to get. Unfortunately it also was incomplete as the final of the games will be in a film (I have no idea if or when it's released).

I also watch the SP and film of Keizoku. The SP was good but the film was an utter mess and completely incoherent.

My thoughts exactly about LG2. Shameful Cry Started off well, but went downhill so fast, especially the last few episodes, seemed like they ran out of fresh ideas. U Suck The movie came out in Japan on March 6th, did very well at the box office.

ooh, do let us know how it goes. what do you think of the production value? is it pretty decent, campy in a good sense, or more like an episode of power rangers from the 90s? either way, i'll probably check out kaibutsu-kun.

meanwhile i'm completely entranced by the k-drama "cinderella's sister"....

The fantasy scenes are quite well done but there are tacky bits and pieces. I was put off by those long whiskers of the lead character though, and kind of wanted to skip ahead to the earth scenes after a few minutes(probably because not much was happening). The costumes, masks and props weren't perfect but they weren't trying to be. It actually helped making it funny... Hope you enjoy it too.

Shinzanmono episode 1. The production quality is high, the deduction and investigation kept me thinking/interested throughout, but I was indifferent to the human side and the long arc of the story. Don't really like anyone in the cast, but the quality of the drama and the intricacies in deduction/reasoning will keep me watching.
