Yup, I absolutely refuse to give any cable/satellite company any of my hard-earned cash...
Like DSL, I waited for the prices to come to me, not the other way around.
I hear what some people pay, especially the ones with 2+ TVs, I just shake my head and chuckle. With so many J-dramas/movies to watch, I get my fill that way, only thing I sometimes miss is the occasional ballgame, so many commercials nowadays it's like watching the commercials with a game cutting in now and again. _________________

Gegege no Nyobo - probably the only drama this year that convinces me to go beyond Ep3.
Well, it's an asadora, so if you get past episode 3 you've still got 153 to go. Speaking of asadora's they started showing Hitomi today: http://jdorama.com/drama.1288.htm
Less than 5 minutes into it and she's dancing to rap music. There might be something I hate more than rap music, but I just can't think of it right now.

Let us know what you come up with because I'm having a hard time too thinking of something. _________________

First 2 episodes of Jikou Keisatsu II, just like season one, what a great watch, not often do dramas need an encore season, glad though they did for this one. _________________

Like many really good dramas, it has a wonderful ensemble cast: the group in the police station are a crack up.

Finished up Jikou Keisatsu II, or at least what was available, DA didn't have the last 2 episodes. Will say I enjoyed this season more than the first one if that's possible, interesting stories and some truly wacked out scenes, Kumiko's role was also a lot bigger which helped. Not quite a 10 but didn't miss by much, if you saw season one then I truly recommend #2. Now on to Tiny's recommendation, Maou, really looks interesting. _________________

Yeah, left me a little shocked too, 9 total episodes but they only had 7, wonder if an older one like that they would add the 2 remaining episodes? _________________

Finally started watching Fumo Chitai. This looks to have an engaging plot line. I like those throwback dramas too. I love the architecture that's showcased in the civic buildings and the homes so far.

Fumo Chitai. I don't believe I hit the fast forward button once through the whole series.
Now that's a good sign. I've knocked out the first two episodes and I'm eager to see how things unfold. I like the supporting cast as much as the main actors thus far.
