i found endless love very nice (korean drama, imported in taiwan), it makes me cry all the time, but it's okay. it just means that i'm a human being, whose senses is still open:) lol.
i really like the love triangle of andrew jenny and johnny. i agree to what the local station said that it's the latest phenomenon on the south east asian countries:) nice work to all the cast of endless love especially the mom of johnny, she act so well. she always make me cry everytime she on the scene, i would like to give the credit why endless love is successful here n the philippines to all the dubbers

Andrew? Jenny? Jonny?? OMG what version did you watch with names like that
Also, I wonder about the latest phenomenon thing since it was aired in 2000 so its 3 years old now.
Btw If you liked endless love you should check out Winter's Sonata (aka Winter Love Story) and Summer Scent.

oops, sorry then. it slept out in my mind that the local channel only translated the chinese names in english names for the viewer to easily remember there names, well i'm refering to Jin Xi, Tai Xi , En Xi.
Well, these aren't really Jdoramas, but they are what I'm watching/reading right now...
I'm right now re-watching Kikaida and Kikaida 01... The last time I watched this stuff was back in the mid 1970's. I'm also watching an old Kamen Rider V3 video tape. Man, this stuff brings back memories!!!! Childhood days in Hawaii are referred to as "Hunnabuddah days".
Japanese manga... Just finished volume 14 of Love Hina. That was a good series! I'm now reading back and forth between His & Her Circumstances, and Great Teacher Onizuka. BTW, GTO in manga form is much better and more detailed than the GTO jdorama series.
Japanese anime... Watching NAJICA Blitz Tactics. This series has TONS and TONS of fan service!!!! Unbelievable! Hehehe...
Japanese dramas... Now that I've FINALLY finished downloading Otousan, I'll start watching it.
Got Otousan last ep, will watch it tonight I have watched a lot of dramas for the past few months, short on dramas
Brand is next. A genuine "adult drama", hehe!
I have to say I was rather disappointed with Moon Child. There wasn't much of a story and the pacing was quite slow.
Hehe! Deleted the movie, saved nearly a gig

what's better moon child or battle royale....(or ryoko hirosue in N.Y.?)
Battle Royale No idea about Ryoko in NY.

Waah! Me wanna see it too!!! Rie looks like a granny in the pic, hehe! Still haven't watched Aya's Bloom idol video, I'll leave it for the perfect moment
Do post more pics on Aya in the series thanks!
Finished Otousan a little while ago. It was a good drama, I liked it
Theme song by Cune - Clover, fits perfectly to the series. Must hunt it down I recommend the series to ppl who like family dramas. We get to see a strong and determined Ryoko Hirosue this time Her performance is far better in Otousan than in Dekichatta Kekkon. I'm starting to like her

I watched Stand Up last week. Nino is a great actor.
I also watched Motokare 2 days ago, tsuyoshi is so so so so cute.
hajimemashite.. urayamashii na.. me can't wait to get my ands on stand up!.. soon i hope.. i love all the actors.. suzuki an, nino, yamapi, oguri shun, narimiya hiroki and tsukamoto takashi...
Not exactly a drama though. I watched 3 eps of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. All I could say was wow! Impressive, Ep 20-22! The battle scene against an armored walking tank,
shots fired from an antitank rifle Too bad, we didn't get to see Motoko naked I want to see the further eps!
Downloaded another Aya Hirayama video, Berry
Gotta watch it this weekend!
