finished home and away, beauty and beast, and currently watching otousan.
i dun like H&A that much, didn't caught my interest, dragging. But u can see diff places in jpn, never thought that osaka is like that....
B&B, it could be better if more romance between the 2 leads....both done very well, nanako was as pretty as usual, got best actress for this and masha....the role very suits him, i like this drama.
otousan...........hoped it can be better the next few episodes.

I agree, Home and Away is sooo draggy and a bit stupid at times. The only good thing is that you can see many part of Japan.

I like Beauty or the Beast, personally it will not be that good if you add too much romance between the lead because the focus on the drama is about their job and how to overcome their fault in their past love life. I like the ending that way and it seems that the two characters are the type that are not ready to settle down just yet.

I've watched Otousan..soooo draggy.

I'm currently watching Psycho Doctor now starring Yutaka Takenouchi (he is so cool as usual) Muack

finished watching 6 eps of Moto Kare. for me, the show is quite okay. i love to watch how the japanese people work hard in their respective jobs, be it food manager, advertisement or even lift girl.

some said that the show is quite predictable, but the story telling is quite good. both characters learn about relationship and how to deal with their feelings.

p/s: maybe the reason why i liked moto kare is because of the casts, and prob cause i'm a guy. hehe
anyway, stuck with 1st eps of you're my madonna. this story is weird though.

Haha! got only an ep left...I shouldn't have watched it before I have the complete series, hehe. So far so good! Pretty weird seeing Takashi in a father's role, at least he's a teacher, the past experience from GTO Smile
Akiko Yada is HOT!!! Lovey Eyes

Did you get Hotman ep.4 from streamload or other source? I've had the streamload file for a few days now but its still processing. Akiko Yada is hot, unfortunately not as hot as she was in Yamato Nadeshiko. imho.

I'd say a flight attendant, if only for the fact that she seemed so determined there to get what she wanted (even though she never got it). Maybe I can't shake the image of her I had from Rasen... if you're so fixated on Yada as a cute, happy, caring woman AVOID THIS!

Finally got itazura na kiss from one of my friend's friend. Its such a great show!!! I finished it in one day. The story kept me going on and on... not to mention that the jokes in this show are really funny. Kashiwabara is freakin cool in here. Too freakin cool. I think any girl would fall for him after watching this show. Aside from the jokes, the ending parts of the show was also very touching. And this show has such a great ending!!! This is really an all time classic. It was worth every single bit of the trouble searching for this show. Try to get your hands on this somehow if u havent watched it!!

Just finished watching "News no Onna" - excellent, excellent beyond words, highly recommended.

In the process of watching SOS, and Good Luck.

Hero was good too, better than Good Luck, in my opinion.

wow, that's a lot of stuff to watch Juliana!!! Wink

Eniways, finished Since I Met You eps 17-18 and eagerly awaiting eps 19 completion. Just 40 minutes to go. hehehe.

Currently trying to wrap up 'Loving You' - just 3 more eps to go. I almost gave up o this series though because the bad girl is so anoying and how the scenes always give her an advantageous position. Oh well, just 3 more and hello 1GB free space Smile

Just finished ikebukuro west gate park, and WHOA, what a great show! This is the most "different" jdrama i've seen so far. Interesting look at teens and yakuza from the view of the lead actor tomoyo nagase. This show has a great plot, tons of teen attitude and a great cast (nagase and Kubozuka did a GREAT job in this show, and the supporting cast performed very well too. Not to mention that this show has lots of eye candy for both guys and girls too, but that isn't the point of this show). If u severly detest blood or violence however u may not like this show as much. It isnt really that bloody or violent IMO, compared to many other shows, but it does has more so than the regular jdorama. Well its about teen gangs in japan after all. It has a "grand theft auto" + detective story kinda feel. All in all a true gem.
