KIKU TV's about to air (starting on 02/23/04, to be exact) the space program-ish Loved to Love. Mmph. Can't wait for that one. Just what I always wanted -- a J-drama where the likelihood of the love interests ending up on the moon increases tenfold. No spoilers, please Applaud .

Just got through watching Younger Men (or Younger Man depending on which part of the planet you hail). Ugh. More hours of watching people hate each other than what some talk show programs offer.

It started already? Shoot, I missed the first ep. Sad

Heh, that show was pretty depressing (IMO). I missed the last ep though and on the KikuTv board, 3-sei didn't give his "expert" synopsis on it so I don't really know what happened. Beaten

Reduced to quoting myself. How . . . other plane-like. Shake Head

You didn't miss ANYTHING, ahochaude . . . The Man has made a mistake. As (at least) we both know, Younger Haters ended 02/23/04 . . . and so, that means Loved to Love is not only an odd name for a space travellin' TV drama, but, hasn't even started yet (yeah, you'll notice that the KIKU page doesn't even indicate L2L (hey!) as a new show yet.

So . . . we can look forward to the first show.

Aaaaaaaaaaaloha.

Hey, I wonder why Kiku doesn't cover that series on their own web page. You think it's 'cause of the stuff that's going on with JN and all????!! Hmmmm, very weird (IMO), 'cause as far as I'm concerned, that was the first drama that Kiku failed to indicate airing on their website. Rolling eyes
Well, hopefully it's better than 'Younger Men'. (crappy show *spit*)

Oh, BTW, just call me Aho. It'll help some on those wrists of yours, esp with your long and very insightful posts! Big Grin

It was alright. It didn't suck (IMO) I'm just glad I got to watch it after all the time I was waiting to see it. Big Grin Rina was so hot!!! (I know you don't care for her) But that's alright since I don't care for FukaKyo anyway,

yes... Rina is really hot and cute in the series... before watching SOS I don't like her!! really really don't like her!!! but surprisingly I start to like her after watching SOS, If I'm Takizawa Hideaki, I'm choosing her instead of Fukada Kyoko!!

It's not the quantity, it's the quality: the conversations are totally uninteresting... I literally dozed off the last 15 minutes of the show... I'm gonna hang in there a little longer, but things better perk up fast...

Man . . . not to disrespect the reviewers thus far, but, the more negative reviews I see about the new Shinsengumi series, the more I wanna see it for myself. I mean, it's A KOKI MITANI production, right? His films are . . . just great and it's in the conversations and quirky actions that make them so.

Anybody got a stance on the apparent historical inaccuracy of the famed samurai group? 'Cause I believe historical representations can take on many faces when it comes to film. Doesn't mean I like 'em all, but, certainly, the creator is free to do what he wants with it (whether a network allows the show to be aired, though, is another story).

I don't have any problem with any possible historical inaccuracies as long as the show is entertaining... And Shinsengumi hasn't been entertaining so far... I guess a lot of people are carping about it's inaccuracies, neh?
