I'm going to start My Boss, My Hero tomorrow, after reading the good comments it's getting from people (sorry if you haven't got yours yet, mine arrived today!)
So...I started my Kuitan special today. Oh my gosh am I annoyed.
The picture is pin sharp, but the subtitles are WONKY. By that I mean poor English.
I can understand them, but they are distractingly bad. I watched half an hour and then gave up before I got any more annoyed. Grrrr.
Wah! I am so jealous right now you got your MB, MH *sniffs* mine was supposed to arrive yesterday and it still isn't here today *silently fumes* it's been in Birmingham since 3:30am this morning... if I'da known I'd have driven there myself and picked it up (if they'd let me) it would take me about 45 minutes an hour at most to drive instead I waited all day for my parcel NOT to arrive
Sorry to here about your Kuitan subs!!! I HATE it when that happens, my Nobuta wo Produce subs were like that... it gave me a headache *rubs head*
I'm going so off topic... right now I am watching... nothing I finished Attention Please for the SECOND time last night... what can I say MB,MH didn't arrive and I was narked... finishing AP again calmed me down ^__^ _________________

Ohh...... I thought you downloaded your Special from the 'net: the D-Addict's site had updated their soft subs for the Special with corrected spelling and grammar...
No...I'm hopeless at downloading film without having a tantrum in the process. I find it easier to buy discs folk have made. From ebay.
Looks like I'm going to have to consider another way.

Funnily enough, I live in Birmingham! I think Xmas has made the post terrible, as per usual. Hopefully it will be back to normal soon.
I started My Boss, My Hero, it is FAB. Episode one was very funny. My first time seeing Nagase Tomoya acting. He's good; he has a good range of facial expressions. And I love his hair in this. If I were a guy, I'd want hair like his, hehehe.
I have Nobuta Wo Produce on my to-watch pile. The subs seemed ok on my discs *phew*

Kyaaaaa *is feeling very jealous* I was watching some MV's and stuff on YouTube and even a few seconds was making me crack. Saw a clip of him trying to put the teacher off asking him a question it nearly killed me XDD.
And yes he has nice hair in that show... especially in my icon *snickers* XD
If you live in Brum you live not too far from me, I usually jump on a train to go shopping at the bull ring (trains in England suck) *cough* sooo on topic *cough cough*
I think I need to buy BwP again... with GOOD subtitles XDDD mine were crappy from the get go so if they seem ok so far you're probably in the green.
Searching at the mo for some Takki Dorama's seen a couple I'm interested in... it's just trying to find them with English subs *makes a face*
Oh which reminds me I'm on eBay I can look for Kuitan, YOSH! _________________

Me too, currently on ep.3 . Luckily the massive warning & copyright messages from ep.1 are over. Also started & stoped Searchin' for My Polestar, because I want to finish Maria first. _________________
Everything from "back in the day" is always better. Didn't you know that?
I'm beginning to realize this more and more! I mean, usually change is for the better, but I think you're right about the whole pop stars-turned actors. It's getting a lil' out of hand.
And it's the quality of writing, isn't? It's really hard to find a nicely written storyline in these dramas. I'm gonna check the server I download from and see if they have some of the oldies. If so, I'll pass them on to you!

Sora, right? Definitely very annoying and hysterical. And this filthy place of hers - how come this can be a medical clinic in civilized country like Japan . _________________
Is it similar to Iryu ~Team Medical Dragon~? The answer is no. I don't really know whether you should call this dorama a medical dorama. The hospital is just the setting. This dorama is daymn bitchy. Even the wives of the professors have this club thingi and they'd lick the other women's ass to become the leader of the club eventhough they're calling each other whores inside. Unlike Iryu that has the bachista as the problem that solidifies the plot, Shiroi Kyoto barely has any 'medical' problems. This dorama only talks about the dark affairs of the university hospital life. The only thing making it similar to Iryu is how the lead actor tries to crawl up to the professor throne just like how Dr.Kato did in Iryu. Talk about twists, this dorama has much much more twists than Iryu, but the character development isn't as strong as Iryu -not that it lacks acting skills or something, but you know the typical manga plot, they make strong chara developments- and it has sooo many great casts i can't even remember all the character's name. but I have to say, the soundtrack is a bit lame. But iryu in the other hand, was stained by Teppei's not so good acting, and, if you've read the manga version of team medical dragon, you'll find that the dorama's ending is a bit weird. To make it simple, IMO, Shiroi Kyoto is like Kurokawa no Techou in a hospital uniform wrapping.
Shiroi Kyoto is great though as a dorama, very good indeed. I think it's better than that kimutaku-fuss Pride.
Mmm... I've finished Artificial Beauty. well, not really. I'm really pissed off. The same thing happened to me just like the Hana Yori Dango that i got. Error on the last episodes. Can anyone tell me what happens after...
Click on button to reveal/hide spoiler:
Honami appears in this some sort of The Swan TV show and she confessed everything. And then she got fired from the modelling agency. And i think her parents went to the-guy-who-Honami-loves's office and said sorry for all the trouble that Honami has caused. I think it's the same episode with when Honami showed the guy her childhood hiding place.
I'd appriciate it so much. thanks a lot. sorry for the long post. _________________
DUDE! This is the most painful drama EVAH! All that delicious food... none of which I can molest with my tongue...
@Toshi-kun: THANK YOU! That guy really annoyed me. I mean, seriously, every time he'd say "Makky", I'd feel like throwing a tampon at his head.
@Monta: Do you REALLY want me to ruin the ending of Seikei Bijin for you? Or are you desperate to know the end cause you can't watch it? If so, lemme know and I'll spill the beans for you. _________________
