I have to agree, he got the act and the look... i'm also wondering why he is not appearing much on tv... perhaps he's old already? Or maybe that assault case which happened 3/4 years ago has hurt his reputation badly. BUT anyway all along, he isn't very popular in Japan itself... in comparison to his popularity outside of Japan especially China and Taiwan.

the story was like this: (this happened in 2003 i think... i cannot really remember)

it was about some car parking issue. Apparently a man was washing his car in the middle of the road or something, and Kassy was trying to park his car. Then I also not very sure what happened exactly. there was some misunderstanding and quarrelled... then apparently Kassy hit the man. He was charged for hitting someone. Luckily he was NOT jailed for that! THanks goodness! He was only fine. I think...

Then, Kassy was very very remorsed for what he had done. His agency opened a press conference then, and Kassy bowed and apologised for his wrongdoings in public in front of all the press. He even shaved his head to show his remorsefulness...

apparently that incident affected him badly as after that his popularity dropped alot and he didn't get many acting opportunities...

sad case.... but well... at least he was remorsed for what he had done... many artists either ran away or got someone to cover for them when they have gotten themselve into trouble with the law.

hahahaha.....i have the tracks for that album also... yeah... i too thought he sounded better when he talks then sings.

i remembered when he went to Taiwan to open a concert for his band during that time, it was phenomenal...the whole of Taiwan entertainment scene was all crazy over him, they even have like day to day footage or something.... those were the days....

Beside Honey and Clover aka Hachimitsu to Clover there is also "Gotaisetsu". It was aired on 23rd december 2007. This is the official website of the SP The Official Site GoTaisetsu. He has the main role! YEAH!!!!!!

I have also heard that there will be a movie coming out in spring 2008. It's called "Partner". This is tranlated bij the online translator. I don't know the english official title yet. If I know something I will definitely post it in here.

In the year 2007 he has small role in the movie Spare. It is a korean movie. If you want to see the trailer check this out: Trailer "Spare". About 3"12 you will see Kassy appear.

Also in the movie "Into the faraway sky" he has a small role.

i realise his kinda look is not popular among the japanese. it is nothing to do with the case. because long ago, he was already not that popular in japan compared to overseas. my japanese fren who is the same age as me, don't even know who is he. they prefer the takuya kinda look, i realise.

In my opinion he looks a little bit pale in that pic (with black and white priest outfit)....

seriously? even though i like takuya too, but i have to admit dat he isn't as handsome as kassy or cute. For me i think takuya look hot, but juz because of the way he act and his attitude, nothing has to do with his face. talk about handsome and cute is definitely kassy.

Takashi-kun has a westernized look and not the typical japanese one. i dunno if anyone would agree with me but he looked like Eiji Wentz of WaT in Itazura na Kiss... with Takuya-kun, this guy is a legend, he is invunerable
