This is a toughie. On my old phone (Nokia 3390 Gold) before polyphonic ringtones, I used to use the ringtone composer. I did send 4 ringtones to my new phone (Samsung V205) from the old one before it was cancelled, because my new phone doesn't have a ringtone composer. Now that the default ringtones are polyphonic, there is a difference in sound by putting the old type on a new phone. It's an option though, if your phone has a ringtone composer, you may be able to compose the ringtone then text message or email it to your husband's.
One other possible option is this site:
http://www.iguana.com.sg/ig4/ringtone/poly/newest.asp?nav=online;ringtone;poly;newest;japanese
They are a bit picky with supported phone types and supported service providers because they are based in Singapore, but they are fairly priced and have a LOT to choose from. I haven't used them on my new phone, but it was picky with the old phone (didn't always work). That's the greatest possibility for polyphonic, if they have that song.
OR, you could try this. I haven't tried it myself, but someone told me this might work. Find a midi file of the song online, then email it to your husband's phone, if it has email. It *might* work, but it might not. It probably wouldn't be polyphonic even if it does work.
Sorry, that's all I can think of....but good luck
