Most of characters in Azumi are real historic figures.
Especially Sanada Yukimura is said to be one of the best worriors in the history of Japan.
His ninja brigade, "Sanada jyu yushi" were all legendary fighters and probably best ninja ever.

i dont really know about the history of japan especially like those ninja's name here.

but maybe tell me more about the famous Ninja who name was used for the show?

Sanada Yukimura was in Azumi movie but I don't think any of Sanada jyuyushi appeared in the movie.
