well I'm at work and don't have the tools. I'll assume you know some basic photoshop. From the looks of it they're on a white background so it should be dead simple. Use magic wand lasso and select the white bits and delete them (or mask them out would be the best thing to do). Then go in with the zoom tool and the eraser (or brush in mask mode) with a soft edge and clean up any jagged edges.

Or in later photoshop version you can use the extract filter, here's a tutorial http://www.graphic-design.com/Photoshop/extracting/extract.html

I'm guessing that "M" wants you to cut it out for her/him. Sweat

First, why do you need her in black background? Are you going to put her over another background or just black? Even if you remove the background, you'll still see reddish reflections from the wall on her outline.. so generally not recommended unless you wanna edit those as well (which takes abit of time).

I just want to her as desktop wallpaper. But yea I tried doing myself, I imagine it would be very tedious unless there's some other way of doing it?

Have you tried Googling "Photoshop tips and tricks?" That might help you... I found something similar a while back... If I find it, I'll post the link... Smile

BTW, what version of PS are you using?

suggestions:
you wouldn't want her in black background
coz the skirt and boots she's wearing is black also
so it's not going to show up nice

I agree!

What I'd do is stick with the black background, but also add a suttle white shadow effect around her. That'll help visually separate her from the background. I've seen someone do this technique with a Sakai Noriko image with similar characteristics, and it came out great.

thanks niko for um.. recommending me Sweat

anyway i could edit out the bg, but it would take a while, how long do u need it? actually if u want this in a wallpaper, yes it would take a while bec. its small, plus i need to know what resolution u need... if you need it fast, u can take this image to the printing store like kinkos or something but of course thats my suggestion if you dont wanna wait Mr Green ure lucky this is a friendly forum, others wouldnt do this for sh*t bec. its time consuming.. plus i dont know you Rolling eyes
