Nah. The pain's subsided. It's become more of an irritation. Thanks for the concern.

It really is good to hear that. It was horrid to think you were still in tons of pain.  <- I can use the pat pat smiley now without risk of hurting your arm by patting it.

With that much pain you had, it'll take some time to heal... Light stretching might help.

Yes my stay during X-mas at Betty Ford paid off. Although I broke the rules yesterday and went wine bar hopping with a depressed roommate (I swear I never do that again without eating). So you could say I am semi-sober but totally hangover today.

The doc suggested against it, since the muscle is inflamed. Thanks for the concern, tho.

He must have you on some anti-inflammatory, like ibuprofen...

Advil 400, but I'm not taking it. The pain is gone for the most part, it's just irritation.
Btw, I completely forgot that I stopped adding artiste photos to the database at "W". 
I guess I'll be spending V-Day complete that, and then going back and catching the loads of profiles I've added since....

Ah, higher dosage ibuprofen...
But if it's irritated, then there's a possibility of it getting re-inflamed, huh?

Yea, sometimes when I overwork, or do something strenuous, the pain returns.
I've slowly begun to work out again. Hopefully it won't bug me.
