For those interested in viewing a trailer of Yuko Takeuchi's new film, co-starring Satoshi Tsumabuki ("Spring Snow") you can go to the Tokyo International Film Festival website

http://www.tiff-jp.net/index.cgi?lang=e

Select the "Line Up" link from the left side and scroll down the list of films, click on Spring Snow and you will have the option to view a streaming 1 minute 56 second trailer of the film

thanks for the good work again Fuwari. =)

Sigh my yuko site is now currently down due to too many visitors. Kinda worried the admin would ban me, the host was the only free ad-free hoster i found online. =(

btw Tu_triky have you thought about learning chinese ? coz actually there are plenty more version of j-drama in chinese subs than english. I looked around for a long time but din really see any group subbing Grumpy Gene in english. Think this is especially so with the less popular series

lol that green tea CM is so cute.. lol. melting from just looking at yuko:P

i am aware of that reality...unfortunately i don't have the wherewithal or the time needed to invest in chinese...sincerely, before i did that i would continue my study of the japanese language, seriously. i took two years in college...just a bit rusty since it's been so long. i have thought about it, but not so seriously.

lol what time is it over there at your country. Currently early morning over here so was expecting a reply so fast.

Anyway yah actually mastering jap would be an even better solution, this way you can just watch the raw files.Well thinking of picking up a course on jap soon. Took a short course during high school, so kinda make more sense to continue with it.

Beside it would really be helpful when I finally get to travel to Japan

well i had an abiding interest in japan when i was in college so i took several courses re: Japan as well as the language. btw, it's about 6pm in the evening. yes, japanese ppl in japan usually appreciate someone speaking their language, i think.

Okay for the Singaporean Yuko fans. I saw some interesting stuff in Orchard Ngee Ann City's Kinokuniya while I was shopping for my Rina '06 calendar...

Near the anime section, at the front shelves closest to the cashier, is a poster of a 'More' magazine. With a special interview of our dear Yuko-san in it! The magazines are right in front of the poster.

Originally I was thinking of getting it. But wouldn't it seem strange for a guy to pickup a ladies mag? Grumble Puppy Dog Eyes bleh Bonk Crazy Bang Head Shake Head

just buy the magazine, and endure the few minutes of slight embarassment, i'll do it for Nana Katase, whenever she is on some beauty mag. Bmw could tell you about the ryoko-beauty mag's as well.

Swell! Thanks for the advice. Okay. I'd wait for the coming weekends. Probably pop by there again. Hopefully I'd be able to borrow a scanner from my neighbour and get the articles scanned.

Its a hefty 9 US dollars... 17.90SGD here... darn. Nut

@ Tu_triky : Well, I hope our local screens here in Singapore get it. Think that time one local cinema retailer 'Cathay' brought in a batch, including 'Ima Ai ni Yukimasu' and the movie version of 'Sekachu'. Both were very successful.

I know I spent quite a bit on that magazine. As my friend puts it...

"Take the total amount of pages in the magazine, divided by the sum (17.90SGD)... 5 pages Yuko interview..."

And he promptly calls me a crazy Yuko fan or simply someone with too much cash to spend. Beat You Nut Beaten

Oh yeah. The Haru no Yuki novel is on sale in Kinokuniya as well. Saw it on their newly arrived inventory stocklist on the wall.

Don't worry. I pay Kinokuniya a visit well TOO often. Bleah So if I happen to see someone scouting around with a cam or browsing deeply into the magazine... I'd probably have a good idea who that is. Bleah

*Groans* Expensive magazine... and its a winter style special! I can't hand it to my Mom after I'm done with it... Singapore's all equatorial. Oh well. Guess I'd keep it... Sweat

But I did realise one thing. She's probably done with the birth of her child already. Can't read Japanese properly. But she looks in good shape.

BTW, nice wallpaper there. Especially those pair of legs... oh yeah. Bonk Naughty hehe

Lets keep this thread shinin' folks! Victory! Peace!

if anybody is interested i can upload it here via YSI.
