They do in fact. I haven't read them but the lastest one has some song or something entitled 'Why are you flat-chested?' or something like that if i'm not wrong. hehe

Naoko has a book as well but i heard from my Japanese friend who read all that Ueda's books are funnier.

For character books there are 3. 2 for Ueda and one for Naoko. However Ueda's first book has 2 versions, the first pressing and the normal version. The first press has the words V.I.P added to the original title. those books are for real. I saw them in a bookstore in japan recently. it has all the big words .. and ueda's idol portraits hehehe.... how could you not know how many books are there? the pitch the books in almost every episode....well.. at least for the ueda books.

The V.I.P version might be hard to find as it is the first pressing and the book was released in 2002 i think. You could go for the normal version. I believe amazon.co.jp still sells it.
