There is no "Kansai-ben" substitute for a formal introduction of self.

It's the same as in Kanto.

If it's formal, "Osaka-ben/Kansai-ben" does not "exist"!

No, neither can I speak on everyone's (every non-Japanese) behalf.

However I have seen lots of native Japanese getting angry on-line and looking very stupid when writing English and quite a few non-Japanese getting angry on-line and looking very stupid when writing Japanese.

I have seen relatively few native Japanese getting angry on-line and not looking stupid (hmm, maybe two or three). Interestingly in at least one of those cases, possibly two the reason they got angry in the first place was because they had mis-interpretted the nuance of some English text (and the guy writing English appeared to have mis-interpretted the nuance of some of the Japanese text).

Exactly. And you will be speaking the foreign language as a foreign language. Even when very skilled it usually 'off' slightly in tell-tale ways. In normal, polite, conversation this rarely makes any difference - but when upset (particularly as one tends to make more mistakes when upset in the first place) these differences often turn it into something un-intentionally funny.

It's not impossible for one (who speaks a foreign language) to sound stupid when being rude.
Try living in Japan for a while. (5-6 years is enough) I guarantee one will pick up the language.
Now, to have that person "be rude" in the foreign language (Japanese) won't sound stupid at all. (Depending on how well that person picked up the language)
Imagine if that person were to live in Japan longer than 5-6 years. How well will his/her Japanese be?
You have to remember that Japanese is still the foreign language to that person. So it's not " 'very difficult' <> 'impossible' ".
Same thing if it were vice versa.
Speaking polite or angry will become somewhat "automatic" where you won't need to concentrate on making mistakes or whatnot. It'll just flow.

It just depends on the person and how well his/her ability to pick up another language is.

If the person sounds stupid, then hell, the person sounds stupid. But not everyone will.

"Ainoko" was commonly used in my day. "Hafu" is stupid because it's Japanglish. "Konketsu" is too formal. ALmost like saying "hybrid"

It didn't hurt that her father was a movie star and currently works as TV talent in variety programs.

There are plenty of pretty girls in Japan who have white features but that alone isn't enough

No, people do say "haafu" to refer to people who are bi-racial or bi-cultural. But eventually, that term will be obsolete when people become multi-racial or cultural and thus are no longer "half" but "quarter" and "eighth".

"Konketsu" literally means mixed blood but I like "Ainoko" because the "Ai" has a meaning of "coming together" of different races or cultures, and "no ko" means "Child of". It is NOT derogatory at all even though some people don;t want to be called that. It's the same as a lot of people not wanting to be called "Oriental" eventhough there is absolutely nothing wrong with that word.
