I believe you put the kanji "han" character between the number and the "ji" character. (New laptop, not setup to type kanji yet, gomen Bow ) However I could be wrong, will defer to kokuou if I am.

David: Where should we go? It is our first time in Japan.

FRIEND: Cherry sightseeing is a big culture event in Japan each year, now itfs a good time. You should go see that.

Amy: That sounds wonderful!

David: Where can we get delicious food? I would like to see more than just cherry trees.

Amy: We can go somewhere else afterward.

David: Good idea. I like to eat!

Amy: Where else should we go?

FRIEND: When you come to Japan, you canft leave without shopping at Nagoya.

FRIEND: For that, Tokyo is the best place. There are many stores. I'm sure you will like it.

There's an existing "English to Japanese" thread in this section of the forum, please use that thread for your question.

You add "han" after "ji".

10:30 am would be ߑOPO (gozen ju-ji han) or simply PO (ju-ji han) in 24-hour notation
10:30 pm would be ߌPO (gogo ju-ji han) or simply QQ (niju-ji han) in 24-hour notation
