no, that's not yamapi's doramas... those are doramas with NEWS members that i REMEMBER... hahahahaha....
But for Kusano, i don't know what doramas he's in
but the rest is becoz i can't remeber ^^
Girlfriends? They'll get one but they just have to wait, i mean, JE always gets attention, the NEWS boys might be pretty lucky like Nagase who got Ayumi Hamasaki
LOL, monta, airasia always has cheap flights from Indonesia to KL if you want
you say that Kamenashi Kazuya is freaky? You mean his looks or just overall freaky? I can't say much cause I don't like Kame myself (my sister says he looks weird), but you say he looks a lot like Koyama? Where?! How?! No he doesn't!!!!
no he doesn't look like koyama... i'm just saying he's frieky and wierd, just like koyama (which means i also think koyamas wierd, but it doesn't mean they look alike)... khukukuku... Just thinks that he looks like a hangover j-rocker with geisha make up, don't like the earrings either
airasia is so scary, they actualy sell your tickets even though you've showed up... uhhh.... and so many complaints to them in indonesian news papers... gosh.... stolen belongings in briefcases? -_-"
did yamapi get eye-lid surgeries? ('ve been asking this a lot of times)
But i have to say i like yamapi's eyes... hohohooh.... coz if wasn't for the eyes, i would've probably nearly missed recognizing him just like in IWGP...
don't forget Ayu's eye-lid surgery made her look awsome...

monta : you are one hard guy to please. you know that?
well, at least, you keep this place awake with your sharp wits and your very intelligent questions (???)
besides, if you - as a guy - are still willing to share your most initimate thoughts about a bunch of other guys, then you must have a deeper, more sensitive side, eh?
whatever it is : what shall we do to welcome NEWS back in 2007. I mean, we got to do SOMETHING, apart from keeping on liking them. Betcha Shige's become increasingly more confident : i hope so. he's rather a nice guy. (MONTA, DON'T SAY ANYTHING!)
Yamapi and Koyama will turn out looking more matured : koyama does seem more mature.

ok, to answer the question about the best uni in KL : that will require some reasearch, because University Malaya used to be quite THE most revered uni, especially in terms of their law faculty (hantuwriter, comments?) ; but now there are also others that are coming up in the ranks. I know that UPM does a lot of research work, and of course, we have a lot of the newer universities as well.
It's quite daunting now, because there are various unis being set up...and some of the newer unis are fairly smaller, and their track record may not be very strong yet. maybe other Malaysians have better information. _________________

lizakajang: please don't get offended.. I'm sorry. I saw that you always 'qoute long writing' since I don't how to qoute hihihi. its ok if you write long I will still read it.. well at least it will keep this thread lively right..
monta: I watch the clip at yubetube which it takes ages for me to watch full clip that just 4 or 5 min. but I get one fan made video song dream which has the clip kusano chase other NewS member.. gomen ne I don't remember who upload it here..
I agree to say that tego was the best voice.. and its not too hard to reconize his voice since we can hear his breath each time he end his line
but any one listen to massu? I don't know but I think he have a great voice too in NewS. at first its hard to recognize their voice.
for me NewS was not the best group of live performance - yes. but I think they will do better on january right! if not we still happy since we have our NewS back!!
Hey, how are you? dun worry about it. i guess it's good that you commented, because i can get too carried away when I'm excited (MONTA, don't say anything! I tell you....that MONTA is really something else!).
but having said all that, i so agree that artistes like the NEWS boys have to do things to please their fans. and that fans sometimes don't appreciate them.
If i bumped into them at a shopping mall, etc, i'd pretty much just let them be. they've had enough problems onstage, just let them shop around freely on their time off. (but i might make an exception for SHIGE, i guess - though it doesn't seem fair to him).

well... lizakajang, if only you were here when I was going through my period of obsession with Shige. I was so obsessed by him that he kept coming up in the most weirdest of dreams, wheere he didn't even fit in We could've had fun talking about him. But, I've moved on now.. my current obsession is Koyama, LOL. I go through phases
I've always thought of Koyama as a mother figure, the one who takes care of the group, especially the younger ones. Thats why the four youngest ones are particularly close to him and to each other (well, Massu is actually older than Uchi, so he isn't really one of the four youngest, but since Uchi has always had Ryo... ). Yamapi I've always seen as a father figure, the kind that people look up to and admire. He gains a lot of respect from the NEWS members and they all love him and look to him.
Best uni in KL? I guess it all depends on what course you're taking. Of course, University Malaya has a great reputation since it is one of the oldest uni's in KL, and overall, facilities and teaching-wise, I guess it is the best, especially in Medicine. It's location is excellent too for those who want to be right in the city . I think when it comes to law, UIA is better. Engineering, maybe UiTM and UTM. Other than that, I can't really comment. My friends in other universities seem to be doing just fine.. _________________

hmmm... what? we come from different countries... When is the comeback anyway? i mean, in what show and when? maybe someone can record it and then all of us make ourselves online at the same time and watch the comeback... kind of a live oneline gathering... then we spill out the beans and make comments... Well, i do prefer live but the internet is just...^^ SHIGE??? alright, i wont say anything on this one...

UPM stands for Universiti Putra Malaysia. It used to be Universiti Pertanian Malaysia, but it changed its name when it branched out to more courses. I didn't know that there were Malaysian public universities that gave scholarships. I always thought you had to ask for scholarships from PTPTN (beats me what that stands for) and JPA (Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam) EDIT: ooh, I just found out that UKM (Univeresiti Kebangsaan Malaysia?) has scholarships for international students...
C'mon, what do you have against Shige? Obviously me telling you just how hot he actually is wouldn't make an impact on you , but he is such a nice, friendly and funny guy. OOh, there's a Ya-Ya-yah show that was subbed that is pretty funny. Shige and Kusano's reactions were just hilarious. It was the Law Quiz episode. You could find Ya-Ya-yah epsiodes at http://ya3tv.blogspot.com . Bit of a warning, though... they're all uploaded on MU. _________________

Owww.... well i wasn't thinking of law or medical... Economics actually ^^
Not so advanced mathematics (management, not accounting) and yet not so many things to remember (i'll probably die in law school)...
SHIGE??? Nahhh... well he just didn't catch my attention... oke shige isn't hot, in my pov... Hah, so you can tell their personalities just by watching them in shows... koyama is a motherly type? Well he doesn't look like it ha? But he does seem nice. But putting them in the "father" and "mother" thing is just frieky.... hahahah...

LOVE SHIGE.
I'd say, "well hello, if it sin't the NEWS guys. Been seeing your performance. Ganbatte ne? I find them very entertaining." then just walk away. No pics taking, find it odd since you don't even know them, it's okay if you're thier friend or something... hahahah coz it'll look like a diehard fan

this thread move so fast makes me
but its good ne.. spread the love..
about Yamapi, me also don't like his current long hair style but I think maybe due to his new drama? but I do have see one of his current pic at other forum which looks like his has loss some weight.. I think at his cheek where its shows his jawline. but not so obivous..
And I'm sure most yamapi fans love Akira most.. Akira was the best fits for yamapi to me.. but time changes and yamapi also want people know he is grown up.. we have watch him as pretty cute chibi yamapi to a matured manly yamapi... but please don't say that he become uglier and uglier..
I do love tagoshi lates MS.. that song was his's or other singer? its kind a slow and sad song ( since I don't know japanese) where can I get the clip since I just listen to the mp3..
I can't wait to watch the matured keichan! eh.. does any one have the latest pic of keichan? please shared with me.. Arigato ne!
monta: I occasionally visit to the indosiar forum.. do you know about it? where there is a moment I was desperately want to read Yamapi translated J-web diary.. and there is one thread that have it.. about the U thing.. well since that you interested on economics I think you don't have a major problem.. which U does not count, it depends on ourself. I think I do have read at my falculty that UiTM does offer Indonesian sponsorship.. but its last year I don't know now.. gomen ne..
today I was impressed by Japanese customer who can talk malay so well.. makes me want to learned japanese

When you watch shows, you are also able to see the interactions between them, and reading their jwebs and interview translations help too ;p. Of course, we'll never know the real person behind their famous personality if they choose to hide it and show a different side, but that isn't easy to do all the time. I didn't say that Koyama is the motherly type. Just that he's like the mother of the group. I'd never say or think that a guy is motherly, the same like I'll never think that a girl is fatherly
And I don't see what's so freaky about saying one is like a mother or father. I see them like a close-knit family, and saying that their roles are similiar to that of a real family doesn't really mean that they really take up those roles. Okay, that didn't come out quite right. How shall I put it?? Aargh.. I don't know how to say it so that you'll understand exactly what I mean, but maybe you have the general idea _________________

oooooooooooooooh.
i was skimming back a few pages of this thread... O_O i guess ive missed a lot.
so i missed on the best voices of JE convo, huh?
im gonna post my opinions, even if nobody cares... HAHA.
i think tegoshi's latest perf on MS was AMAZING.
i dont know how anyone could think he doesnt have a good voice??
its absolutely beautiful, ESPECIALLY when you think about the fact that he's singing live. which is alot more than i can say for a LOT of JE perfs. actually i used to think that like 99% of the perfs were lip synched until i started watching kattun vids, cuz they sing live in like almost all of them!! but if i were to choose who i think has the best voice in JE, i would say jin and then tegoshi. but its really close, i couldnt choose b/w them for awhile. in fact i still am not completely sure. their voices have diff textures, so its personal preference i think. and then kinki kids sounds SO great cuz they BOTH have such awesome voices. yes, yes. they are really good!! cuz their voices are so naturally rich and amazing, i think im a real sucker for good voices so thats how i got suckered into both of them hahaha.
as for tegoshi's acting...
hahahahaha, his faces in MBMH made me laugh. i swear he looked constipated in so many random shots. but i mean, i guess that was all in character??? i dont mind his acting all that much, cuz ive seen plenty worse but ummmm yea maybe thats cuz im partial and think he's adorable. and he hasnt really been given such difficult roles to experiment with SO, i dunno.
shige is such a sweetheart! i think he is seriously the prettiest one of NEWS (i hope thats not offensive) but seriously, he is realy pretty. and hes so SMART!! a law student... sugoi ne... and his personality is really sweet and quirky. after i started reading his jwebs i liked him soo much more. cuz hes so shy and cute and just very unique. i dunno how to explain it. i've fallen behind on the jwebs since the summer so i dunno whats going on recently but i hafta say that his jwebs are quite ingenious. lol. and i feel bad for him- some of the girls around him, in uni or whatever, are just ridic dude...
hmm im babbling now. ok i guess thats all i wanted to say... for now! back to work. ^^ _________________

I just remembered about the 'father' and 'mother' thing.. we do have discuss about this long time ago.. it was so funny and fun! it makes me laugh sohard while read it you guys are great! but its hard to turning back the pages..
hantuwriter are right. the way we say that who is mother or father is based on the live performance, interviews, and I think most from the J-web diary.. its true we can't say that keichan was like a mother but his roles in the group are likely as a mother to the youger since he is the eldest.
just to check, I only have tego solo : YOU worlds is yours, medley MS and Sunadokei the lastest one. is there any one that I miss?
omedetou tanjobi RYO-CHAN!!!!!
have a sweet and fun day with the loves one ne!
wonder what he will get from the NewS member since he likes to give money.. _________________

Monta,
What would you like to do, actually. If you want unis that have Indonesian scholarships, i'll have to ask around. I'm actually working now, so i've left the full-time study world. but i do participate in research and development of an MBA in Business Management with a London college. Hope to do my own later.
Can I get back to you on that next maybe next week?
anyways, if you are thinking about private colleges, there are lots to choose from. There are those that are very good, i.e. well-established. We even have a Monash 'branch' in Malaysia, and their new Medical School is in Johor Bahru.
If you are thinking about non-private, I think maybe the Islamic Internatioal University (IIU) offers places for non-Malaysians but I am not too sure about the others - though i doubt it. (Hantuwriter, any other Malaysians - you aware of it?)
Singapore Australia might be another option for you. Maybe Australia's Monash or University of South Australia (UniSA) : but that is relatively more expensive of course.
ok.....
i will ask around in case anything comes up. By the way, UPM stands for Universiti Putra Malaysia. It's fairly aged in terms of years, and it started out as being more of an agricultural research and development kind of place. Then a few years ago, it was renamed Universiti Putra Malaysia, but it still has a reputation, i think, for a lot of R&D work.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have begun to like Massu's smile, which quite radiant. I like Shige too, of course, but in some of the MVs, when he's dancing, he seems to be more worried of his steps, he seems to be counting them, making sure that he doesn't go wrong and not so much 'being into the moment'. It's like he's thinking, and worrying, most of the time.
but when he DOES look at the camera and smiles, that's good.
Koyama is pretty cool, hantuwriter. I'm kind of glad that you had chosen Koyama to move on to....he seems very .... well, i guess, comes across as being more balaced than.... maybe .... i dunno, maybe Kusano? But Kusano is pretty ok. Out of curiosity, why not Yamapi? (have you explained but I've forgotten)
