yeuannh!!! *runs on a sandy beach towards yeuannh* lol... I've really been neglecting this place...
I loved the SC!!! It was so great seeing them all like that. I laughed when Ryo sorta pushed away one of the members of BOYS when he was singing, and when Koyama laughed at Ryo while singing Sayaendou when it looked like Ryo was standing too far in front . And of course, the Abake! It was hilarious! I love how they like to tease Shige, and it's also nice to see Shige talking a lot... looks like he has more confidence now. Shige's reaction when Massu commented on his dancing was pure love ... and Ryo with his "isn't it obvious I'm the real leader" statement . I've watched the Abake segment so many times already, lol. Though I do think that Nakamaru could've handled it a bit better. It was easy to guess who was speaking, though I do think that NEWS knew anyway who was it that was talking each time.
The more I look at Yamapi with his hair, the more I think that he looks like a lizard . Don't ask me why a lizard, lol
Tukata: I've never been to a concert, myself, but, I would probably choose one of the red or purple areas. It loos like they provide a better overall view, but, I dunno... _________________

You mean the concert tickets? ppl here are all news fans, if they have tickets, do you think they'll sell to you? If you really want the tickets, I think the better place to get one now is to go bid one on online auction sites.....reason you can't buy b/c it's already sold out in 2.5hrs, as the news said.

I went to that site yesterday just for the fun of it and i couldn't even ENTER that site from 12pm-2pm -.- Haha but i'm happy that NEWS is so popular! *blahh so they should have more non-japan concerts* Haha i'm pretty sure some unscrupulous "fans" will sell their tickets on online auctions soon. The price will definitely be very jacked up though ><

Tukata: I'm probably kind of late for this... But the best spots would be the 4 white areas in the middle (A,B,C,D,). That's were you'll be up close with the performance stage, which is the brown square in the middle. I assume you probably already knew this too.^^;

I was expecting those seats up close to the stage would be more expensive. o.O What surprises me even more is that the NEWS tickets were cheaper than the DBSK tickets... Or maybe that's just me, since I don't exactly know how popular DBSK is.

Well.....since you come to NewS thread to ask about Yamapi, I think you already know he's the leader of this group, rite? So exactly what do you want to know? I can tell u some general info for now. See if you have any other particular thing you want to know.....
Yamapi entered Johnny's when he was 11. He entered Johnny's b/c he admired Takki very much. During his Jr. years, it was well-known that Takki treated him like a son, and sometimes Yamapi called Takki Papa......Takki was the leader of all Jrs back then. After he debut with Tsubasa, Yamapi took the Jr leader position. He was also part of a Jr. group called 4Tops, which had 4 members and Toma is one of them. Toma (the one in Oguri's current drama) was Yamapi's good friend......they wished to debut together, but eventually Johnny's put Yamapi in the new group NewS, which originally had 9 members, with Yamapi being the leader.
NewS was formed in Sept 2003 and released their first single "NewS Nippon", which was only sold in 7-11 stores. Then 1 member quit in Dec. And NewS made their official debut in 2004. In July 2005, b/c of underage drinking problem, one of the member Uchi got suspended from the group. Then another member Kusano got suspended for similar reason in Feb 2006. Then in May 2006, seeing that there were so many scandals bothering NewS, Johnny's decided to have the whole group stop all group activities for the rest of the year. The remaining 6 members (Yamapi, Ryo, Massu, Tegoshi, Koyama, Shige) did solo work seperately. During the suspension period in 2006, Yamapi had his first leading drama "Kurosagi", and released his first solo CD "Daite Senorita", which hit Top 4 in Oricon Bestselling single of the year.
Besides NewS, Yamapi formed a temp group Shuji x Akira with Kame from KAT-TUN in 2005, for the drama Nobuta wo Produce. Their single "Seishun Amigo" was the #1 bestselling and the only single cd that sold over 1million copies in 2005, in just 2-3months. The sale continue in 2006 and made it to Top 2 (or 3? I forgot) in Oricon Bestselling chart.
In 2006 summer, Yamapi also formed another temp group "kitty GYM" with Thailand Johnny's Jr. Golf & Mike and 4 other Japanese Jr.. Yamapi, Golf and Mike released a single "Fever & Future" and sold about 300,000copies. All CD singles and albums and DVDs that Yamapi released (w/ NewS, the two temp groups, or solo) all hit Oricon Weekly Bestselling #1.

In dorama field, Yamapi participated in many drama since he was 14/15....you can find his drama list in this site. He won a Best New Actor award for "West Ikebukuro Park". And won a Best Actor award for "Nobuta wo Produce". Kurosagi is his first leading drama, and will also be his first movie. He recently got the script and started the preparation, and will start filming in Sept, according to his jweb.
Yamapi's personal things..........his parents got divorced when he was little, and then he lived w/ his mom and sister. He paid for his sister's tuition, and now that his sister grows up, she entered to the same model/entertainment company as the little brother of Jin. Jin Akanishi is Yamapi's best best friend. Basically Yamapi only call 2 ppl Best friend, Jin and Shirota Yuu (he's also in Oguri's recent dorama "Hanazakari no Kimitachi e") These three always hangout whenever they are free. They are close to each other's family, too. Yamapi, Toma, Takki, Koichi Domoto, a Kanjani 8 member, and couple other Johnny's senpai formed a private hangout group called No Border. Some other friends of Yamapi outside Johnny's includes: Keita Tachibana (w-inds), Koike Teppei (WaT), Nakao Akiyoshi, and so on.
